The 16th Ave branch is much better. Staff in Royal Oak branch are not qualified. I got a wrong order and they were trying to convince me that the picture in the menu is wrong and that I got whatever I ordered. Unprofessional and non qualified staff running the place.

Excellent staff and service!

Just had my sons first birthday here and it was honestly the best service we could have possibly received. Not only was the staff attentive to all our needs, the food was also incredible. We’ll 100% recommend this restaurant, their hospitality is unmatched- for both parties as well as a simple family lunch/dinner. Shukran Jerusalem for a memorable night!!

I had the Chicken Shawarma and it's one the best Shawarma I have had! It's really good. I'd highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good shawarma!

Portions decreasing, as prices increasing. 3 years ago, I gave it a 5 star review. During this visit, I didn't have much time when I ordered. I was told 10 minutes at the 15-minute mark I asked about my order. I was told 5 more minutes. I didn't have 20 minutes to wait! I left disappointed 😞 and late for my meeting. There are too many creepy men working here. The young guy who took my order was ok but the rest. Yikes! Food used to be delicious, but I will not be back.
