I ordered BOGO mixed shawama through Uber, but I received just one.
I complained about it, but both Uber and this place never listened to me even though they both could resolve it easily for themselves. They really don't care for the customer in need and just want its money. I'll never return to them forever.

I visited Jerusalem Shawarma today with my family, and we had a fantastic experience! Mohamed, Anas, and the rest of the crew in the front greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. These youngsters showed exceptional hospitality, making our visit even more enjoyable. The shawarma was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Kudos to all of them for providing such a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend.

Worst shawarma in the city, worst shawarma I’ve ever had in my life, DRY chicken uneven condiments Stale pita. I made the mistake of confusing this dump with shawarma palace, please save yourself the time and money and never ever ever eat at this dump ever again.

Just left your store with take out . This is why I always go back to that location for my chicken shawarma plate, products always fresh and good quality ingredients. And most the exceptional staff, always making you feel welcome and in a good spirit.

I recently visited Jerusalem Shawarma and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to poor service at the front counter. Upon arriving, the staff member at the till was rude and unwelcoming. Instead of politely guiding me to place my order at the designated spot, she rudely pointed and said, “Order there,” which made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable.

However, I want to highlight that the gentleman who eventually took my order was very kind and professional. His courteous attitude somewhat salvaged the experience, but the initial interaction left a lasting negative impression.

Customer service sets the tone for any visit, and such behavior at the front end is unacceptable. I hope the management takes steps to improve training and ensure all staff treat customers with respect. I’m hesitant to return unless I hear about changes in how they handle customer service.
