I have no issues with the food. What I have issue with is the staff who took my order. The girl behind the cashier immediately gave me a side eye as soon as I walked into the store. I gave her a smile and even thank her for handing me the receipt but all she did was avoid eye contact, frowned, and snubbed at me after thanking her. What happened to hello or at least a simple smile to greet customers? Like does Jollibee not train basic customer service cause it’s just disrespectful.

Had a great experience at Jollibee! The service was super fast, even during a busy time, and the food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The Chickenjoy was crispy and juicy, and the Jolly Spaghetti never disappoints. Staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely coming back!

The chicken had no flavor and not worth what you pay lol stick with popeyes and KFC!...gave this a 2nd try...well the food was super hot but not even fully cooked!!! Like you guys are trying to kill someone eh!!

i just want to appreciate their helpful staff . i dine in yesterday after my doctors appointment i can't barely walk and the staffs help me to carry my order and after i ate the staff helped me to clear out my table ,i know this is simple gestures but i total appreciate the help 😊😊😊

i hate that this is the closest branch to me but still have to drive to another jollibee whenever the craving hits because this location just can’t seem to get it together. honestly, it’s no surprise it shut down not long after opening. the food is wildly inconsistent. sometimes the chicken’s great, other times it’s so bland the skin ends up being the only redeeming part (and that’s if you get a fresh one that’s still crispy). consistency shouldn’t be too much to ask from a fast food chain, right? most of the staff are kind and accommodating, but some clearly don’t want to be there. one time, the person taking my order was so offputting that even the person i was with noticed. i totally get being tired at work but taking it out on customers is not it. i believe her names ryanah. she rushed my order and made me feel like i was a bother just for showing up. this location could’ve been great if it cared to meet the same standards as every other jollibee. please, do better.
