Good to try, salad bowl and soup. Fresh and healthy food for tourists. Taste is good. Waitresses are nice to explain what’s inside about the soup. Price is reasonable in the airport. Worthy to try.

It is so sad , I am a loyal customer of Jugo Juice the one by the A gates at the airport are sub standard, the staff are unfriendly and the food is not well made. The counter is dirty and it really does not uphold the standard of this brand. The other Jugo Juice in the airport is much better !!!! The franchise owners or Jugo Juice themselves should be looking at this location !! prime area , bad for the brand !!

Poor customer service given by staff named Preet. I ordered Summer Strawberry smoothie at around 6 AM on 2 Oct. She don’t know how to greet customers and was showing too much attitude.The location is at the Calgary Airport so She should get changed and management has to appoint good staff instead. Thankyou.

Thanks for diarrhea in the middle of the flight. I think this place needs to be checked for hygiene. We had 4 drinks, and 3 family members had upset stomach except one family member who refused the juice.

Th smoothies are great, but the customer service is dismal. Very little interaction, uses least amount of words as possible to interact to take your order. I greeted the employee with a big smile and asked them how their day was going, I was met with a stare and an annoyed look on their face. They blank stared at me until I gave them my order. I said I’d like to pay with visa and began looking around for the machine, they just turned their back and started making the smoothie. The visa machine was not in an obvious place (not a big deal) but found it tucked beside the register. When I thanked them for my order, they looked the other way and continued on. It felt like I was being nuisance to them. This is the 4th or 5th experience I’ve had at this jugo juice that is exactly the same. I’ve decided this will be the last time I spend money at this location. It’s evident management does nothing about the feedback.

The food and service were nice but they didn't have a huge section of the menu available; to be fair there was only one person there so maybe that's why. Not much of an atmosphere, this is inside an airport and is more of a grab-and-go situation. They have several vegan options and you can add vegan protein as well.

Honestly, how many times does the business have to ask to "heart more about our experience" and "provide more details at a black hole to nowhere" when the same thing has been happening for months? The business itself is at fault as well for not addressing all of these issues that seem to be reported for a very long time now. If the business comes out and says the same thing to this review, you know they're asleep at the wheel. Look elsewhere.

Edit: not surprised they responded with the same automated response. They're not doing anything. Run away from this place. They should just replace the whole thing with something else. A Japanese vending machine that sells food and drinks would be much more useful...

We just placed an order for my kids, and the customer service was terrible. The attitude of both staff members at the counter (names withheld) was extremely poor and aggressive, and their tone while taking the order was unacceptable. I will never order from this shop again.

Staff has no idea about customer service or sanitation practices. Food was stale.
Rude service from a disinterested pair of employees who only spoke to each other and not to me as a customer. I will not be back!!!

Very low energy staff. Automated in a careless behaviour. I asked for little ice. They removed the entire ice. I complained that it's too heavy of the tea. Instead of offering an alternative, they jumped explained that this is how it's supposed to be.
