I asked if the taro was dairy free and was told that it was and to use a dairy free milk. However, after drinking it I became sick and have hives. I looked into it and the taro powder has casein in it, which is neither dairy free nor vegan as it's derived from cows milk. Casein is the protein in milk that I'm most sensitive to unfortunately.
