The best sushi experience outside of Japan. We had the Omakase (Chefs Menu). The creativity was absolutely amazing. The flavor and freshness was on another level. The Sea Scallops sashimi was to die for. They were brought in from Japan and they were fresher than scallops from North America. Nice variety on the menu here. To start, tried some tempura and the tuna tataki -- the former was pretty solid and the latter wasn't bad. The a la carte sushi and sashimi was overall decent but the presentation was not great. Other impressions of the traditional fare: The ika was probably the best of what I ordered. The tamago was too cold and dense. And the botan ebi heads were perfectly deep-fried but the sashimi itself was not as fresh as I'm used to. Overall, not...
