Tried the new Xtra Crispy chicken and was very disappointed. It was crispy for sure, but no 11 herbs and spices on this one. It was like very plain Korean fried chicken.To be fair, this is my goto KFC and they are usually great. Also just reno 'd in the last 12 months and looks much better. Always super-fast service too with friendly staff. Always has.Note: I really loved it when it was a KFC/Taco Bell combo store but that evaporated during COVIDParking: Only about 8-9 spaces, mostly angle parking. That's OK though since 90% of their trade is take-out / delivery

My husband picked up an order through Uber eats and I was disappointed with how he was treated in the restaurant for pick up. He works in customer service so he wasn't not rude at all. The lady at the counter was rude and dismissive , told him the order has been picked up when it hasn't. Finally she figures it out and just hands him the bag without saying anything else. Gets home and we are missing an item. The chicken was pretty greasy and the fries were salty. I know fried chicken is generally oily but it was too much. Never going to consider ordering from this location.

I noe go to mary browns, and most korean fried chicken spots. the competition, portion sizes and quality you can find these days is amazing! You think Kentucky would be manning up. Their food prices, quality, and service of the colonel Sanders chain is not what it once was when I was growing up. A chain location is only is good as its staff making it and putting love into the food. Have not had them for awhile. And I can tell you I will never eat KFC for good now.
I asked for non-spicy food, but they gave me the maximum amount of pepper.

Is this the same owner as 32nd location? Why remove the taco bell? This used to be the closest one, and then I went to 32nd when it closed here... Now there too? I have to go all the way to Symons Valley for taco bell now? What a joke. Fried chicken is a dime a dozen. Good luck when Popeyes and church's take over.

Most of the dining room is taken up by kiosks. The few remaining tables were all filthy. I picked the least dirty one and tried to make it quick.If I had seen the state of the place before ordering I might have gone elsewhere.
