Tried the new Xtra Crispy chicken and was very disappointed. It was crispy for sure, but no 11 herbs and spices on this one. It was like very plain Korean fried chicken.To be fair, this is my goto KFC and they are usually great. Also just reno 'd in the last 12 months and looks much better. Most of the dining room is taken up by kiosks. The few remaining tables were all filthy. I picked the least dirty one and tried to make it quick.If I had seen the state of the place before ordering I might have gone elsewhere.
