Ordered delivery, waited an hour, had to call only for them to tell us their delivery driver didn't want to drive it to us. If we wouldn't have called, we would have waited hours. Absolutely awful customer service, would not recommend giving them your service!!!!!

The kiosk are absolutely useless. Can't compete order without printing receipt and last time was in there they just don't work. They have no idea how to manage their time and get order out promptly. One order at a time is there way.

Couldn't believe went there and was told had to do self checkout to order unless paying cash. Luckily had cash on me or would've walked out just like another customer due to the self checkout. If you don't change back you will lose more customers as I won't be going back there I'll just head 5 minutes down the road to Popeyes since there still willing to take your order in person.

By far the worst location in the city for service, and now there self serve kiosk only just furthers the lack of customer service. I watched them actively refuse an older gentleman because he was paying with cash. Over 15 minutes to wait for a basic meal and chicken strips. This location shouldn’t exist with this level of incompetence.See photo, the small sign on the right side of the counter even states you can pay with cash at the till, but that particular worker refused a paying customer.

Normally have very good service. The guy behind the counter is doing the best he can but expecting him to cook and serve customers alone is a management failure. The order system is flawed. What is ordered and double checked on the check out screen is not being sent to the order ticket.

These guys don't answer their phones. I'm not tolerating these workers if I'm the owner. It's losing customers.The short lady there is not on her mood all the time. When you talk to them, they won't look at you. They are not happy in their work. I love the food but not some of the workers. The owner needs to keep an eye on the store. Customer service is not good at all

Worst KFC I can recall eating at. The chicken looked, and tasted like it had been in the warmer for most of the day - really quite disgusting. Some fries tasted a little like a cleaning agent - didn't finish those.Asked if I could have a water instead of a pop - I was told yes, but they never mentioned it cost a dollar more - just saw that on the bill later.I used to work at KFC - years ago, and I think I would have been given one of three strikes for serving what I was served. Three strikes and you pound the pavement.Maybe try a different location.

I went in for the festive chicken sandwich and there was a sign saying there was no cranbery sauce so i asked before i put the order they said they have , then before i pay for my order i asked them again and yhis is when the checked and the were laughing and saying they dont i dont know what is funny about lying to a customer 0
