There's nothing more relaxing than good food and a great service, the service is excellent and really welcoming and the food is on point good flavor and the sauce makes it even better.

Kingfisher has been a favourite for Mel and I since it first opened in a warehouse many years ago. Ownership has changed over the years, but the great menu has remained…plus more! And yes..the calamari IS the best in the city!
Basically the best calamari in town. No jokes. Hands down haven't had better calamari anywhere. Bento boxes are a family favourite now and they don't miss on quality. About 4 years of visiting this place and they know how to serve a wholesome meal ❤️✨️
I recommend the bento box. It has a nice mix of calamari, shrimp, fish and the sauce.
Came here with a couple friends (I'm the one in the blue shirt). 10/10 would recommend the Curry Katsu and Miso Soup!
The food was really great - great value for dollar. There is live music on Saturday nights. I've heard in the summer the patio is beautiful!
love their food and it is my all time go to place when I am in Chinatown. calamari is amazing and spicy cream tonkatsu is incredibly delicious.

The service was very good, staff was super friendly! The entire place felt very home-y and comfy. The jazz music in the background sets a very nice atmosphere for people in dine in. The food arrived quickly and it was very delicious. The rice was sushi rice and I felt like I was taken back to Japan. Would definitely visit again!
What a pleasant surprise. The owners were beautiful people to get to know and the food and service was exceptional. We stumbled into the place quite by chance and left feeling overwhelmed. Thank you all.

Amazing food, vibe, and service. We attended a Saturday night when there was an open mic night and it was so much fun to see all the participation.
We loved the following:
Deep fried oysters 8.5/10
Calamari 9.5/10 (best hot sauce on side)
Katsu/Seafood in Hot Sauce was sooooo in believably good (100/10)
