Absolutely the best katsu place in the city! I've basically tried all the katsu resto in Calgary, and I can say -- the breading here at Koji is definitely the best. My favourite is the ebi (shrimp) set. Reasonable pricing. Would definitely continue to return.
Small diner - feels like Tokyo. Good taste and portion sizes! The shrimp were cooked perfectly.
A side cabbage (with dressing) was a nice compliment to the hearty curry.

It's a quaint little family-run business that specializes in katsu and while the service was very friendly and accommodating, the food sadly missed the mark for us.
We ordered their chicken katsu curry and teriyaki bowl and both were just wayyy too salty for our liking (the curry in particular). The chicken itself was super fresh and crispy, and the additional cheese katsu I got was also really good.
Unfortunately, the overwhelming saltiness...
