We went right at 4pm so we were the only people in the place but it was great. We had a dedicated server and the food came out quick and it was so delicious! Fresh oysters for only $1.25 so of course we had to.get a bunch and they were so good. Highly recommend trying out Koto Sushi!

Was looking forward to this lobster uni Valentine's menu. The lobster did not hold up to being the star. It was not plump or juicy - it was bland and stringy. Even the lobster sashimi didn't taste of lobster. The uni - not sure where that was. Didn't see any chunks of it and definitely didn't taste it. Must have been a puréed uni. That was disappointing. Best things - they're “taco” which is on the regular menu, and they're aka ebe bluefin and hamachi sashimi. The egg custard dish with smoke was a high note for presentation but could have used a different roe - flavours didn't blend. Service for the most part was polite - our mains did not come out at the same time. The mains were boring and the least enjoyable part of the menu. Overall, I wouldn't return. Mediocre.

Was here for a client lunch. The sushi was not as good as I was hoping for. The roll flavours were ok, but the sashimi seemed not to be best grade. It was a touch fishy for my taste.

It was a busy lunchtime crowd and petty noisy. Our server did an excellent job but for the size of the crowd, they could use additional staff as she was hustling hard! Good sushi at a reasonable price. Will return.

I was excited to try Koto Sushi becausw i've been seeing it on my Instagram but was disappointed with the quality of seafood. Ordered oysters to start for appetizer and its apparent that it wasnt fresh. Also ordered the Ebi and Uni Kaisendon didnt know if it had rice so I asked the server and she said it doesnt so we ordered a side of fried rice, kaisendon came and it had rice already. Was so excited to try the uni but it tasted so bad, and I just recently had uni in BC 2 days before so I was disappointed.

Our experience at lunch was great. The Sushi we ordered looked and tasted amazing. Our server was excellent and also assisted me in ordering what I was wanting. I would recommend Koto for great tasting Sushi at a very good price.
Came here for their oyster happy hour along with the sashimi poke bowls. It is slightly on the pricey end but the amount of sea urchin and sashimi you get is fresh and large quantity!

Oyster happy hour is a good deal, so I came here about 3-4 times.Service is inconsistent, our server was sighing? and seemed pretty upset to serve us the last time. Other times it was alright, I do NOT expect my server to be bubbly or super energetic (i'm a server myself) but straight up being rude and throwing the plates to your customers is not okay... The guy that seems like the manager (?) did this- once the usual server girl came in the service was alright. I also understand that everyone has bad days and stuff like this can happen so I will update my review next time I go.

Ordered sushi and rolls. Red tuna sushi was bland and tasteless. Rice was falling apart when I was picking up the sushi off the plate. Sushi didn't taste fresh. Negi toro roll tasted like chewed up cat food. Service is friendly but won't be coming back.
