The ice cream was delicious however the staff was horrible as soon as i walked in all of them looked at me one glared and kept talking amongst themselves not even a hi or a smile to greet us. I was with a party of 7 and each of us said the same thing about how rude and nasty the staff were. Tell all your staff to change their attitude it’s embarrassing for this business. I’m not sure They varied in age but all had the same nasty attitude like they somehow all practiced it. I’m not sure if it was bad day for them but they made it hell to order for us. I hope that you will get brand new staff or at least put them in the back.

I visited around 8:45 with my wife and mother. My mother was dressed in traditional Pakistani clothing and my wife wore a hijab. The staff member who served us was very rude and made us feel judged because of how we were dressed. Instead of the welcoming environment we expected, we left feeling uncomfortable.

Love the ice-cream.. but disappointed with the staff. I purchased a baby size with waffle cone.. 4.00 + 1.50 for the waffle cone..just checked my cc and was charged $6.82 ( with gst).. that is not the price advertised.

Came for the chocolate strawberry cone (this year's entry in the YYC ice cream competition). It was so good we came back again! Yum!
The ice cream for YYC ice cream fest was fabulous - service and friendliness not so great. BTW my granddaughter said she thought people in ice cream shops should be happy!

We recently moved into the neighbourhood and have experienced this place 3 times. The ice cream is fantastic and a cute little place to stop while on a Sunday stroll.
The staff; however, need training on customer service and how to treat people. They are extremely rude, no hi, how are you, no nothing! Not even a slight smile.
It’s unfortunate because my girl really likes this place but you can have your ice cream, we will go to where they appreciate their customers.
