Lovely Sweet House

Really very poor service

1st order , they charge me paneer masala(I haven’t ordered)
When I check my bill and go back , they start drama

2nd order they didn’t gave me 2 chat papdi(I ordered)

When i ask they said sorry ( i said its 2nd time)

3rd order

I clearly said need black masala daal
& 8 butter naan

After 2 hours i open & SHOKKED

Its 6 BUTTER NAAN & YELLOW SIMPLE DAAL

I CALLED THEM & TELIPHONE PERSON IS DEALING WITH ATTITUDE , SAID SURE DO WHAT YOU WANT…

I NEVER RECOMMENDED THESE FAKE PEOPLES

MISTAKE CAN BE HAPPENING ONES ONLY, NOT EVERY TIME

I bought food including of Samosa, noodles, Badaam milk, vada Pav and rasgullas. All of them were fresh and tasty. I was asked for spice option for noodles. I loved the taste and found it similar to the ones I ate in Delhi. I found a place to visit if I ever I crave for good Indian food

Wrost food ever. Do not order fish from there store they just microwave it and give it you. Almost every panjabi store in Calgary do same.

We came here from catering food for our event for 17 people and 15 people night dinner with desert Saman she is soo nice and helpful most important thing she is so patients give wonderful advance we glad we got our back from SAMAN💯

I ordered last week a patty from this restaurant and see guys what i got and i called them back immediately, a guy told me they will refund me but I didn’t get, it was $6. That call was not for refund that was for your service how you serve a food to customer without checking anything 🤷🏻‍♀️So, please don’t get anything from there they are selling moldy food🤢🤮this is a serious issue that’s why i will complain to alberta health services about this too👍

Sweets had too much sugar in it. Service was terrible. They wouldn’t answer the phone. Before they were ok but seems like they hired people on LMIA and untrained staff including cooks . Food doesn’t taste good and serious hygiene problems along with waiting time for the food and tasteless samosas . Not spicy at all. Wouldn’t be back . I was their regular customer.

Used to come to this place very often, and loved it. Unfortunately, as the time passed everything deteriorated. Today I tried it again in hope it'll be better, unfortunately, it's worse. Never again!
