Food excellent, good quality good quantity. The staff at the counter needs to smile which was missing when I went to pick up my food.

I am very disappointed with the quality of food and the level of customer service I experienced at this restaurant. The tandoori roti I ordered was badly burnt and was not properly buttered. It was clearly not prepared to a reasonable standard, and I was surprised that it was served in that condition.

When I tried to bring the problem to the staff’s attention, their behaviour was very disappointing. Instead of professionally handling my complaint, they were rude and did not make me feel like my concern mattered. This kind of attitude can completely ruin a customer’s experience.

I believe the restaurant needs to seriously improve both its food preparation and customer service. Based on what I experienced, I would strongly advise others to consider other options before visiting.

This was honestly one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I have had. I ordered tandoori roti and sabji, but the roti was badly burnt and not properly buttered. It looked like very little attention had been given to preparing the food. The quality was nowhere near what I expected.

I also had a very unpleasant experience when I spoke with the restaurant employees about the issue. Their behaviour was not respectful or professional, and they did not seem interested in properly addressing my complaint. A customer should be able to raise a genuine concern without being treated badly.

I recently visited Lovely Sweets savana for dine-in and I left feeling very disappointed with the overall dine-in experience. The food was amazing and I was really pleased with the taste and quality. However, I was disappointed with the service and presentation. I went with my friends on one of them’s birthday to make her special day more special. We didn’t know they use disposable utensils for dine-in customers, and I was expecting proper restaurant-style plates and utensils that would make the dining experience feel more comfortable and appealing. we’re serving the food with disposable light spoon it was difficult to serve with little spoons, their plates were like multi sectional paper ones , i mean who serves customers with those single use dining utensils, yuckkk. Although the food was excellent, the dine-in experience did not meet my expectations and it was my first and last time dining there. I feel the service could have been better. I would recommend ordering online for the food, but personally I would not recommend dining in.

Very authentic street food and great smily staff.My recommendations try the Dahi puri its an explosion of flavors and textures in 1 bite and for non vege go for chicken tikka great flavors.

Only issue is parking lot. Too congested for novice drivers and sometimes makes your mood worse to just park your vehicle. Should have angled parking spots.

Visited here for first time and just tried their food .. still here.. don’t even want to give them one star…

Recently I have tried this restaurant and the thing i liked most is they give more than enough quantity with quality and tasty food for cheaper price. We had Aloo paratha it was whey bigger and just under $10 and also very tasty. Same with Chhole kulche and bhalla chat.

Soo awful experience, we have ordered shahi paneer and find the pieces of chicken in it. This is completely unacceptable to find non-veg in a veg meal!!! This makes us think of the conditions of your kitchen. And also their employees don’t even know how to deal with the issues. Really disappointing & disgusting!!!!!!!!

I like eating from Lovely Sweets, I usually do takeout through Doordash. Idli sambhar is something i order as a staple cause i really like their sambhar and the red chutney they give on the side.

Just one question- why does it asks for a valid ID for grilled menu like Soya chaap, and tandoori appetizers?

Very disappointing experience. I bought 1 lb of paneer pakora and 1 lb of mixed vegetable pakora from Lovely Sweets, and both were clearly stale and not fresh. The pakoras were dry, lacked flavor, and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time.
When customers pay for freshly prepared food, they expect quality and freshness. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope the management takes food quality seriously and improves their standards. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this place.
