Amazing atmosphere and the food (wings and steak sandwich) were delicious!!Our server (Isis) was incredibly genuine and very friendly. She not only added incredible insight into the menu, she made sure to give us a heads up as to the current bands that were playing and the upcoming events being held.Timely, personable and efficient service, paired with exceptional food and drink, topped off with a clean and tidy environment… I will definitely be coming back!

Such a nice find. Great clean, friendly local pub. Food was great and service was fast. Music and game nights are a blast. If you want a low key fun time, this is your spot.

great servers, really attentive. food was fine. good atmosphere
Several of us recently went for supper and to talk. I had the fish and chips ($20) The fish was thin and breaded - obviously pre-packaged and not prepared in house. Overcooked. The fries were decent. Coleslaw and tartar sauce commercial. My wife had the taco salad.($19) Decent enough but she found it to be dry. Upon checking the menu, she realized the “chipotle drizzle” was missing. My daughter had the Chicken Teriyaki Rice ($20). After few bites, she realized there was no chicken! She sent it back and went hungry. Didn’t want to chance it. But they did comp it. Our conversation ended when the band started. Much too loud. If you just want to hear music and drink ordinary beers and wines, then this place is OK. I must compliment the server. She did a good job of looking after us. Our food problems were not hers; it was the kitchen and the food runner.
Had dinner and drinks here on a Tuesday night. Arrived about 7:00 PM and there was one couple in there eating. We were a party of six.The food was decent but overpriced for the quality/taste. Bar drinks (cocktails) were not good at all. Draft beer was good and cold though!

Ordered steaks and fish and chips. Both were tasty and plentiful for a decent price. Service was good even though our waitress had many tables - she was working pretty hard! Nice pub atmosphere. Been here a couple times and not sure why it isn’t busier because it sure should be!
Have been here for the first time the other day and have now come in, the last 3 days in a row.Service and food are great.Highly recommend our new favourite spot!

This place was awful. Came in 8 months ago and it wasn't great, decided to give it another try and I can't express how poor the service and food were. Every time we wanted a drink, to order food or ask for the bill, we had to get up and ask the server to come over.3 servers working and only 4 tables full. Service was worse than the food but not by much.
This is a cool restaurant/lounge. The place has a nice bar, tables, and even outdoor seating, My husband and I went in for a drink and asked the bartender what his recommendation is. He gave us Cherry Rasp, a rich fruity beer which surprisingly we both liked. The lounge also has some slot machines inside and my husband won some (starting play at $10 canadian) which made our beers and an order of Calamari free. But that’s not why I’m giving the place 5 stars. I like the set up of the restaurant, the vibe is cool, the servers, especially the bar tender l, are happy and friendly and nice. The calamari is king of different from what I am used to. It is breaded squid but it doesn’t look like the squid rings, but it was in square, which was ok. As for the flavor, the calamari is breaded with spices and pepper that makes it a bit spicy and delicious. I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely dine here again.

Great place to enjoy a cold beverage and food. I have had the nachos and pizza here and they are fantastic. Wednesday wing nite is great also. Service is excellent and the staff are friendly and fun to chat with.

Great atmosphere, nice patio live music makes such a difference. Food is good quality too. They have specials every day of the week. Fridays are our favorite, live music ( sometimes cover of $5 pp is required) , $18 for steak dinner - 8oz delicious. We also have calamari and dry ribs for appetizers. Recommended

First time going there, Crystal was amazing, very attentive and friendly. The music was great. The only downside is the bar tender sent the band away at 11:00 pm and had last call at 12:00 am was closed at 1:00 am. The hours of operation on the web site is 11:00am to 2:00 am.There was still 15 - 20 people there still drinking.

It was wing night when I was there, but didn't seem particularly busy. Service was abysmal, it took almost 30 minutes to get our drinks and almost an hour for 2 orders of wings. We actually waited so long for our wings that we had 2 drinks and were about to pay and leave when they showed up. I do not recommend this place at all, high prices and poor service

Met a friend yesterday here for lunch. This was our second time meeting at this pub. The previous visit (about 4 months ago) I had the fish and chips and was super impressed. Nice beer battered fish and the fries were those really crispy ones with a light coating. I was so looking forward to having this again but it was nothing but disappointing. The fish tasted fine but looked like those preformed frozen fillets. The fries were terrible. Every single one just limp and soggy. I don't know if there has been a owner/management change or maybe they just switched food suppliers but it was not the same food I had before. That was a complete waste of $20. Our service was fine, polite & personable, but nothing outstanding. We were also put off by the fact that the patio wasn't open despite it being 26 degrees. The server claimed it was still too smokey out. It was sunny with clear blue skies (air quality index was at a 3 that day). So we had no choice but to sit inside and it was not well air conditioned either. This was a nice half-way point for my friend and I to meet occasionally but unfortunately, I don't think we will be back based on our experience this time.
After visiting the restaurant a few times, I have to say that while the food was decent, the service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, we had to wait a minimum of 30-45 minutes before our server checks on us, even when we needed another drink. It was frustrating to see that there were only four servers for the entire restaurant, and I couldn't help but wonder if this was the norm, as the staff seemed unfazed by any complaints.Furthermore, it was disappointing to see glasses and empty plates left on tables, as this happened frequently during our visit on weekends.Overall, while the food was good, the poor service made it difficult to fully enjoy our meal and drinks . I hope Macleods can make improvements in the future to ensure that customers have a better experience.
