I get marry browns chicken 2-3 a month, a mixture of normal and spicy but this last time the spicy was insanely hot, it was unpleasant and gave my wife cramps after having it, we will probably still frequent there but unlikely to order spicy chicken again, I do hope they sort the menu out.

Telling me as a delivery driver that it will take 6 more minutes to get my order ready for pick up even tho it took me 15 minutes to drive there and they still couldn't get the order ready. they took almost 15 minutes to get my order ready completely unprofessional with time accuracy and the least the could have done was apologize for making me wait that long but instead they were so ignorant and made me wait along time as delivery driver for me to wait close to 15 minutes for one order isn't worth it cuz I only got paid $7 for this order drove 15 minutes made me wait 14 minutes and drove to customer for another 10 minutes it took 40 minutes to complete this order for $7 and I didn't make money cuz your employees made me wait 15 minutes should they have said it's going to be 15 minutes till it's ready I wouldn't have waited and would have cancelled the order teach your employees to be accurate with time and to treat drivers with respect aside from this I will never ever step a good into Mary browns chicken as a customer after seeing how they treat delivery drivers .

Simply, staff were really nice (swung by at the end of our meal with a cookie for the kid), the chicken was spot on and the store was lively enough that it didn't feel dead but you could still have a conversation and enjoy sitting down for a few minutes.

The lady told me 15 minutes for my oder... I had to sit there waiting for 35 45 minutes... And before I left I had asked..is everything in there? She goes yep.. So I just get home from this location with my order.. I had asked for 2 meals and tater tots on the side.. I got my 2 meals but I didn't get my tater tots.. I got wedges... Honor what I asked for!.. And I believed her... Next time I'll check it..!
