Mary Brown's Chicken

Just recently visited the new MB’s in Merida, Mexico, they hit it right on. We are here for another 5 weeks so we will be going back for sure before we leave.

Food tasted very good but pricing for the size is about double that of competitors. We ordered a large popcorn chicken combo about $20 ($19.25). Here is photo of what is considered a full large size. Well I did think it was delicious the size was comically small for $20. About 1.5 peices of chicken worth of meat.

What an absolute wonderful experience the last two times it has been for my wife and I. The staff are incredibly kind, the food is always fresh and delicious. 5 star experience all around!!

This place used to be decent, but my last two visits were terrible. I tried to overlook the previous experience, but today was even worse. I brought my cousins, and the food was awful – the chicken sandwich was mostly batter with barely any chicken, and we all felt sick afterward. Another customer was also complaining, so it’s clearly not just us. The fries were cold, and nearly everything in the order was wrong. I’m really disappointed, especially since this location is convenient and I usually enjoy Mary Brown's food. I hope they make improvements soon.

Service here was excellent, this was the best fast food place I’ve been here in Canada. Feels like you’re in a restaurant rather than a fast food place. Food was great as well, always fresh and hot.

I love this place. The chicken sandwiches taste amazing and have a good amount of chicken, the chicken tenders have enough meat to feel full. If you like spicy chicken sandwiches, theirs very spicy and great! The staff is amazing. I feel welcome here!

I had sofi help me out, she suggest some ranch and s and sour... Didn't disappoint! I'll definitely be coming back.. not only for the food but for customer service like this! - thank you Sofi!
