For family night Friday...we sat down where the girl had the box to do the crafts and she came in picked it up and moved it to another table. She went into the play area to get kids and ignored my kiddos. I'm alittle angry over this!!!!!

If I could give this McDonald’s a zero I would. They are the slowest most frustrating McDonald’s to order from ( if they even let you order) they are constantly making people wait at the menu board to order because they know they cannot fulfill the order within a reasonable timeframe so they just don’t let you order and let the drive-through line back up without moving anyone forward and if anyone comes in behind you, you can’t even get out of the line It’s pathetic. They clearly have a staffing problem and are not doing their job properly. McDonald’s headquarters seriously needs to look into how poorly run this place is

I was a little disappointed in the wait time the first time I went it was awful. I went back again and you have to wait longer than usual just for them to take your order. But this time it wasn't as busy to get my food. I did notice some consistency in that the people are genuinely polite & friendly and the food was well prepared both times that I have been there. It seems like they take longer to actually prepare the food the way it was meant to be, which in all honesty is severely lacking at most McDonald's locations I have been too.

My friend Adam ordered couple drinks and some treats for us tonight. Couple mcflurries and some apple pies. Couple minutes after the order got accepted on skip the dishes we ended up getting a call from the restaurant. Alex ( the McDonald's employee) informed us that they had run out of apple pies, he gave us some suggestions to make our order complete. most places don't even call u anymore they usually don't even make an effort to inform you if something is missing. But alex was very helpful and was very very pleasant to deal with. He took the time to not only inform us of the missing items but he went out and behond to make sure we had a great experience with our order. Now a days you don't get this type of customer service and we are so happy that there are still good people like alex that go out of there way to make the customers feel good. me and my friend adam lost someone close to us tonight... and this small gesture by alex tonight really cheered us up. Thank you alex. You might not think it was much but your great customer gesture meant alot for us tonight. We wish you the best alex and thank you for your great customer service tonight. Bought a fish burger st NW Mac that was great bougjt one here in SE (hete) close to where I live and it was the pits. Will not go back there again.
