I decided to dine in at this McDonalds with my son. I am not normally a fan of Mc.D's but I was pleasantly surprised tonight. Although the staff pays much more attention to the drive thru (due to corporate structuring) they were all very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work. The food was hot and properly prepared, the latte was delicious and the cookie and muffin were good as well. The restaurant was clean, and moderately empty. Overall very pleasant and enjoyable experience with my son.

We had our daughter’s 4th birthday party here. Elisha was our host and she was very kind and helpful. The place is nice and perfect for kids’ parties. My daughter was very happy. Thank you for a great experience

This is terrible. A lady worker refused to serve me and my friends over the phone because we sounded like a prank caller by saying “the app isn’t working can we order for delivery here?” And she continues to hang up on us still. She is rude and I feel offended personally, we told her we were hungry and wanted to order over phone and she said “I don’t care you guys are stupid prank callers.” We were just trying to get food.

I stopped coming to this location about a year ago because of the super low quality products they give out. I’m talking super dry burger patties, fries old and stale. It is obviously being done on purpose
I went back today to give it another shot. The burger patties were super old and overcooked you could tell. I ate half and threw it in the garbage. When I called in to complain, I informed the gentleman that I will never be returning. I also expressed my disappointment having wasted 10$ of my hard earned money. Don’t you people respect anyone? I feel like it’s a running gag for the crew to dish out such terrible food.
What a disgrace of an establishment and they should be ashamed of themselves. I am a single father struggling to make ends meet. Shame on all of you

I guess it really depends on who’s packing your order, because even when you specifically ask for a certain amount of condiments, and they repeat it at the first window, and again at pickup, you still don’t always get what you asked for. I usually check before I leave, and I even felt the packet I asked for, thinking everything was good. Then I get to my office to eat my breakfast and… one packet. For the record, this is the only day this week they’ve messed it up. To the lady handing out orders on the morning of Jan 28th: you really don’t need to be that stingy. If I wasn’t pregnant, I probably wouldn’t care this much. But every other day of the week, everyone else gets it right.

Ordered from this location because it’s on my way home from work. Ordered 2 plain cheeseburger for my kids and quarter pounder with cheese for myself only to disappoint myself when i got home there was no cheese in my kids burger and my burger seems to have someone bit on the bun. There was no sense for me to drive back for mcdonald’s burger but i thought i should warn others though!!

They park their drive thru every time. Doesn’t matter if you have a small order or large order. I have worked fast food and know they do this to have”fast” drive thru times. It is annoying and frustrating. Stop parking all your cars!
Every single time I’ve placed an order for delivery they rip off with my smoothie, I order a large and there’s always a gap of smoothie missing!!

Cons - ordered via the app for table service and it took a very long time. People who ordered for pickup at the counter ordered after us and then received their orders before us. I ended up having to go to the front to ask if they had the order. Then it took an additional 5 minutes. They called my name from the counter and I ended up having to pick it up there (as opposed to the table service).
Pros - the staff were friendly. There is a fun looking play place. They host birthday parties. My daughter enjoyed her food. Recently renovated. The pop machine is available for customers to refill their drinks with self serve.
I have only visited one time and so my experience may be abnormal.

I've lived in this neighborhood for years. This establishment has gone downhill, the drive through is incredibly slow and consistently gets your order wrong. The dining room and washrooms are typically dirty.
