I’m a longtime McDonald’s fan and have never given a one-star review before because my experiences are usually satisfying. Unfortunately, today was an exception, and I feel compelled to share how disappointing this visit was.

We placed our order at 11:36, and despite there being only one person ahead of us and no backlog of orders, our food didn’t arrive until 11:50. While the food may have been “fresh” by McDonald’s standards, everything was cold. The cheese on the burger wasn’t even melted.

If I’m waiting that long for fast food, I at least expect it to be warm. I mentioned the issue to the counter employee, and she did offer to remake the order so it would be warm, but after already waiting so long, I didn’t feel like waiting even more time for food that should have been right the first time.

Overall, it was just a sad and frustrating experience, especially from a place I usually enjoy.

me and my friend came to the McDonald’s and had a terrible experience, terrible is an understatement, we ordered fries and this worker named Josephine came up to us asking if we ordered food while we were eating fries, everytime I’ve came in here with my friend she always yells at us to order something while there’s other people around sitting and doing nothing, she got mad at us for sitting in a 4 seater bench with 2 people while it wasn’t busy when their OWN WORKERS are sitting in a four seater by themselfs, she also told us that this is McDonalds and isn’t our home and that we need to order while we are eating our food. which I thought was VERY disrespectful, she also kept cleaning tables she has already cleaned twice near us to easedrop and give us dirty looks constantly, I don’t recommend coming here. And whenever we would order at the counter she would be very disrespectful to customers.

The service from shanel on Monday was absolutely horrible, don’t recommend going to this location.

Unfortunately this is the closest McDonalds to our home. I making this review after years of incorrect orders. Cancellations when i made an order to go pick up on uber eats. Today we used the McDonalds app and i watched my partner type in and confirm a happy meal for our child. And then they didn’t give us the meal and are saying that he never paid and has to pay again. Life is too expensive for this. Their prices have been jacked up to much for this. And this is one of many incidents. I would suggest another restaurant or crowfoot McDonalds over this location.

This is the worst mc donalds I have been to. I waited for 15 min to gey two mc chickens and they were really dry and inedible.

Food poisoning. From a McDonalds. An establishment that you should be able to trust. Enough said, avoid this location at all costs. Also has anyone else noticed all of the 5 star reviews are from a very specific group of people? So… can the management be fired for discrimination please?

Avoid this location. The orders are wrong almost every time and when I realized one by one my food items were incorrect I returned to the front desk and the workers greeted me with a sharp, harsh “what now?”. Very inappropriate, as I asked kindly and tried to understand what was wrong. The food was not a desirable temperature. Extremely long wait times. Horrible experience.

I really don't know what's wrong with this place, but compared to other McDonald's, it's absolutely horrid. The orders are so slow, and even when your stuff does come, half the time it's missing items or wrong entirely. I ordered 2 fries and an ice cream the other day, and the workers just ignored the fries order lol.

I put a one because I can't put a zero. I ordered two oreo mcflurries, a big mac, two large fries, and a cookie. Not a single thing that I ordered came correctly. Someone decided it was a good idea to start making the mcflurrys before the other items I had ordered. By the time they had finshed making my fries and big mac, my mcflurries had already melted. My two year old and me, were extremley pissed. Not to metion, it looked like they had stuffed one mcflurry into two boxes, I barely even got any. I am very dissapointed. This is the first mcdonalds ive went to with horrible quality. I KNOW she couldve put more icecream in there. The machine did'nt even print my receipt? This is not okay.

The vanilla ice cream taste was so bad and the milk was expired I couldn’t even swallow the first bite of it i came back to the staff and they said it tastes normal which made me mad asif theyre telling me ur a lier and i was gonna fight with them and i got another item.

So far the only mcdonalds that fries is a little better than the rest, but the chicken nuggets are superb and as well as the coke. Some branch, coke is so disgusting.
