No mcdonalds at this location

This is the worst McDonalds, they are consistently slow and unapologetic. Ordered a medium fry today and waited 20 minutes. In no world does it take 20 minutes to make fries. I'm convinced the employees are just trying to get this location shut down.

truly the worst customer service i've ever experienced. i ordered a large iced coffee and a muffin, after paying they told me they were out of the iced coffee i ordered and if i wanted a smoothie instead, i asked for a refund cause of the price difference between the drinks, the lady at the cash desk rolled her eyes at me saying she "can't refund me" which isn't true whatsoever, so i asked her to refund me for the large iced coffee, and charge me for a small as they had enough left in the cup for a small iced coffee instead. she huffs and puffs and rolls her eyes again like it was the end of the world that she had to refund me for the mistake SHE MADE. you can't sell people items you don't have in stock and then claim you can't refund them for it. i get it that refunds hurt the company but when it's your own mistake it's your job to make it right without a horrendous attitude. i wish i got her name to include cause as a manager myself i would be very embarrassed to employ someone like that

Went there today, tables were not clean, no ketchup at the station, had to return my food, too cold, staff standing around chit-chatting, a group of 3 came in with food from Tim's, is that even allowed.

Got me a chicken Mcmuffin meal this morning. It didn't have cheese in it, and
no one gave me a heads up. No greeting from the employee that served me either. I might as well have bought it from a vending machine.

This McDonald's location is no good. Won't be coming back ever again.

Went in Monday the 13th shortly after 12. Ordered 1 Big Mac meal waited 10min they tried giving very old fries. Got back to work to find a horribly assembled burger with burnt pieces in it, tasted rancid. service was extremely poor no one seemed to care no apologies for the long wait no compensation

Useless staff. 10 mins for a coffee. They have one poor staff member working till and doing drinks and serving numbers, While two so-called managers are arguing over in the corner by the clipboard. There are currently nine people waiting for their orders and they clear the numbers off the board within a minute of placing them so you can’t even see if you’re close or not.

But then again, what do you expect from a McDonald’s in a Walmart?

Waited a long time for my order. Ate my fries first then went to eat quarter pounder blt, there was no tomato and about only 6 tiny shreds of lettuce. This restaurant does not care about making quality food. I advise to go elsewhere.
