The staff put so little french fries in the happy meal, my kid counted the fries and its only 15pcs of fries. So disappointing because we paid the amount but they didn’t mind their servings

I asked the crew what available number do they have for the happy meal toy, and willing to order everything, but he said they are not allowed to check it. How come? I event told him, the number is just on the back of the toy outside. He said its not allowed, I did not insist as there is a line up. Why others stores near the area are willing to check it. What a service!!!

Very bad food. Today I ordered chicken ranch wrap… as i ate it taste was very bad and chicken was not fresh. I complained about it on the counter but staff was also very rude and they try to argue with me that it is not like that. I is very unexpected behaviour which should not suits Mc Donald. Kindly look into the matter and try to serve fresh and healthy.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald’s on July 25th at around 10:41 AM. The lady who took my order was not only rude but also had a very angry demeanor. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely uncalled for. I observed how she interacted with other customers, including an elderly lady, and it was clear that she lacked basic courtesy and respect. She was impatient and condescending, making the entire experience uncomfortable for everyone involved.

It was quite evident that she didn’t have the right customer service training. She acted as if she owned the place, and it was apparent that she didn’t care about the customers or their needs. There were very few customers in the shop at the time, and yet she displayed such a dismissive and unpleasant attitude. It’s not the first time I’ve seen this behavior at this location, and it’s really discouraging to see how it impacts the reputation of McDonald’s.

I truly believe she should either be retrained in customer service or reassigned to another position. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes the necessary steps to address the issue. Until then, I am reconsidering whether I would return to this location.

Sent a complaint earlier and all the restaurant manager could tell me was that she was conducting a shift verification for another manager that probably never happened. Then she proceeded to offer a complimentary meal when this restaurant is the most unsanitary place ever! Who would ever want that? After I told her that I didn’t want her complimentary meal and that all I need is for Elsa to get her crews priorities and attitudes straight, she just sent a thumbs up as a response. Unsanitary, no customer service, Oil and grill is probably black in there too. Get your act straight, if not, do everybody a favour and shut down this restaurant!

I bought a box poutien for $7.50...French fries soggy white absolutely disgusting. Most of the time there's nobody there to help customers, line up's always long wait. Might as well close the store @ marlborough walmart
