I had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald’s on July 25th at around 10:41 AM. The lady who took my order was not only rude but also had a very angry demeanor. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely uncalled for. I observed how she interacted with other customers, including an elderly lady, and it was clear that she lacked basic courtesy and respect. She was impatient and condescending, making the entire experience uncomfortable for everyone involved.

It was quite evident that she didn’t have the right customer service training. She acted as if she owned the place, and it was apparent that she didn’t care about the customers or their needs. There were very few customers in the shop at the time, and yet she displayed such a dismissive and unpleasant attitude. It’s not the first time I’ve seen this behavior at this location, and it’s really discouraging to see how it impacts the reputation of McDonald’s.

I truly believe she should either be retrained in customer service or reassigned to another position. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes the necessary steps to address the issue. Until then, I am reconsidering whether I would return to this location.

Sent a complaint earlier and all the restaurant manager could tell me was that she was conducting a shift verification for another manager that probably never happened. Then she proceeded to offer a complimentary meal when this restaurant is the most unsanitary place ever! Who would ever want that? After I told her that I didn’t want her complimentary meal and that all I need is for Elsa to get her crews priorities and attitudes straight, she just sent a thumbs up as a response. Unsanitary, no customer service, Oil and grill is probably black in there too. Get your act straight, if not, do everybody a favour and shut down this restaurant!

I bought a box poutien for $7.50...French fries soggy white absolutely disgusting. Most of the time there's nobody there to help customers, line up's always long wait. Might as well close the store @ marlborough walmart

They literally served cold fries and serving girls have so much attitude. Tables are always dirty they never clean or sanitize them.

they didn’t even provide us with table service when we selected the option. this is extremely misleading and manipulative for the customer.

I bought fries for my daughter but I feel disappointed because very salty and not happy of service. Next time make sure put them on training again to follow the quality and services.

What a waste of my time. Went this morning to get breakfast sandwich chicken useless women wouldn't even acknowledge I was there I wait 5 mins she. Went help a two Uber eats drivers who arrived after me but would even say I will be with u shortly. She than started a mobile order that came in after me. If I was her boss I would fire her with case for ignoring a customer.

WORSTTT i was told id get a refund on my wrong order and i went back they told me it was a mistake what i heard and i did not receive my money’s worth. attitude left and right they have no respect

I ordered fries and the new crispy chicken bacon deluxe today, it wasn't that busy when i went n still for some reason my large fries was barely filled it was literally a medium in a large n the bacon was burnt...plus they always give me soggy fries every single time i go there. I spent $32 n it wasn't even worth it

The workers there are absolutely horrendous. If you don’t like working there, please do us a favour and quit. Was there yesterday around noon. The Filipino guy (I think was a supervisor or manager) in the light blue dress shirt was not nice. And the worst one with a younger guy wearing a black cap and has glasses. I had asked him for the cup to a kids meal I ordered and he grabbed one and just sat it down on the table and walked away, the ketchup dispenser was not working so I asked for a couple of packages, and again with a frown grabbed some and just handed it to me and walked away annoyed. The whole time he had such a rude unhappy look on his face. Management (though not much better) needs to talk to him

Worst mc ever seen, they even dont have food, often you cant even get a cola, cus the soda machine is empty or just not working, food always blocked in terminal, i mean grey and you can order only simple burger.
