This place has to be one of the Biggest Jokes in franchise. Always wrong orders, poorly trained staff n management that could care less. ZERO ☆
This location consistently gets every order wrong. They forgot my Big Mac, and when I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese BLT, I received a regular burger instead. I had to go back twice. Meanwhile, the managers seem more focused on filming TikTok dances on their phones. It would be great if they could pay more attention to getting orders right the first time to avoid these frustrating returns.
This location doesn't even deserve 1 star, that's how horrible it is.
I'm shocked they're still in business.
The staff members all have terrible attitudes, continuously get orders wrong (from cheese on cheeseburgers, to straws in bags, to patties in quarter pounders), and just recently, a couple members of our family got food poisoning from our last visit there.
Absolutely horrible.
