another brutal experience at this locati. 10 monutes to order repeated myself 6 times and he still could not get it right! worst location they need new staffthis guy working at this location clearly does not want to be here. this is the worst aerrvice you could ask for. he is the tall one on counter this am. he is rude slow and provides zero service. 5 people in line and he has not greeted anyone then to add on he is told before preperation of meal that he has rang it in wrong then does not tell anyone and then had to wait for the correcttion whie my other food got cold. i am going to contact head office this location is a disgrace. and is in a very new and busy area. update once again at this location only because of convience. the service and wait time is absolutley unacceptable. the same manager with the same dont give a damn attitude. food is constantly cold or wrong and the snotty girl that works here has no place dealing with customers. this is a horrible representation of this brand. what is head office thinking. worst macdonalds likely in the world

There's so many ppl here waiting for orders an I walk in make an order an get it right away... I just watch a guy try n shout for someone to come to the till an the lady walked past an ignored him hard. This place is clean.... but your workers need wage cuts. No one here is happy with the service

Service when I spoke to a human was good, sadly it's very limited nowadays.
For a more bite and coffee, I think that's a great place. It can be a bit of a wait, however. Staff is good, the company might want to hire more people rather than having machines. Doesn't matter if I can order fast when I'm waiting 3-4 minute for a coffee. Dining area is nice but it's usually quite full. Nice environment.

We ordered dine in but the waiting time took over 20 minutes with just only my friend and I ordering in the lobby, I was fine with that as they might have skip or doordash orders waiting. But by the time the food came, my ride was here. I apologized and asked if I get a bag instead, girly sighed and rolled her eyes at me, didn’t say anything and went to her manager and pointed at me in which both gave me side look, and then she got my bag and dropped it on the counter. When my friend got drinks, she slammed the drink tray on the counter and turned around.

Took forever for them to complete our order. We stood waiting for at least 20 minutes. Can get food faster at a sit down resteraunt. They cleared our order from their screens to make it appear like they got it out much faster than they did. Terrible business practice. Do better.

No doubt that why this place has 2.8 rating. Stopped by this McDonald’s and waited 3–4 minutes just to place an order. Not to receive food, literally just to get someone to acknowledge me. Staff were present but completely ignoring customers. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. If they’re this short-staffed, they need to hire properly or train better, because the front counter was basically abandoned. Totally unacceptable for a fast-food place.
