Best gluten free pizza I've ever had!

The best gluten-free crust I have ever had. Made in house. You can’t tell the difference from the wheat one.
Great pizza!!! The best in the city by far. Do not sleep on this place for a nice thick pizza.

Good quality Greek style pan pizza, and somewhat similar in style to other Greek pizzerias in Calgary. I think my only complaint might be the sauce. Not sure how they prepare it, but it does not resemble other tomato-based pizza sauces. In fact tomato paste or crushed tomatoes is barely detectable, and I have a very discerning palate. Perhaps during sauce preparation, they're over roasting the tomato paste? It's very dark in colour, which makes me think of this. More bitter than sweet, and this presents a huge contrast in relation to the other ingredients.

A group of 4-6 of us from work go here once a month for pizza. Everyone including the gluten free guy thinks it is one of the best pizzas in town.
