There is no restaurant I would rather go to in calgary. For almost 30 years I have been eating Isabelle’s food. Most birthdays, Valentine’s Day celebrations have been there. Thank you for all your hard work and amazing dishes.
Amazing! I love the staff. The food is always phenomenal. Highly recommend the pork and clams (Carne de porco alentejana), snails (caracóis), chorizo sausage with fire (chouriço à bombeiro), any wine from the Alentejo, espresso and any dessert!
This is me and my family's favorite place to eat, the food is well cooked and had lots of flavor and it took a reasonable time for the food to come out. After going there for generations we have built up a great relationship with the owners of the store and the family. Very sad to hear it closed this year due to the covid-19 pandemic, it will be a deadly missed place, I will always have a spot for mimos in my heart.
