Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

It looked like the same ingredients, but this is the Best Borito I have ever had! Been eating these for years. I would drive across town for this! Clean and so polite too.

My initial experience ordering through Uber Eats wasn’t great but with that said, I called the next day and spoke with the manager, who was very apologetic and explained the situation. He offered a free bowl to make up for it, which I really appreciated. While things started off rough, the great customer service turned it around. Thanks for making it right!

The service is always great—staff are super friendly and quick, which I really appreciate. But I’ve noticed that the protein portions are getting smaller every time I go so it’s frustrating to barely get any.

Also, I requested some lettuce instead of rice in my bowl and it looked wilted and far from fresh, overall they’re pretty stingy with the ingredients to be honest. For the price, you'd expect a decent amount of food. It feels like they’re cutting corners, which is disappointing because I used to really enjoy coming here.

Had a great experience thanks to Aman!It was my first time trying burritos, and she took the time to walk me through the concept, made thoughtful recommendations, and even offered a quick taste test of the sauces. Her service was excellent—friendly, patient, and genuinely courteous. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re new and looking for guidance on Mexican cuisine. My order was a takeaway nonetheless no comprise was made with the service

I love this place!
I can get lost talking to the owners for hours on end. They are genuine people who want to serve good food, genuinely!
When they’re not around, the staff is just the same! Very accommodating to my weird amount of sour cream 😂 and never laughs!
We drive from Chestermere for this location - that should say enough!
