Murrieta's West Coast Bar & Grill

My husband and I visited for our anniversary, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite the restaurant being completely empty, we were seated in the middle of the courtyard rather than at a more private table. The atmosphere didn’t help either, the music jumped from the Grease soundtrack to “I’m Blue (Da Ba Dee),” which felt out of place for what should have been a romantic dinner. We ordered the calamari, which arrived soggy and greasy, and while the drinks were fine, they were overpriced. For one glass of wine, a pint of beer, and the calamari, our bill came to $60 with tip. We ultimately decided to leave and continue our anniversary dinner elsewhere.

I was surprised that it was on the second floor. That allowed it have a total skylight which gave a nice ambiance on a summer eve. Very near the Fairmont Palisser Hotel. Good food and moderate prices.

We were there on a happy hour and everything is outstanding! The food and their price, the service, the place etc. We'll make sure to go back again. 😊

Nice seasonal menu, lots of choices, tasty dishes, great presentation, decent prices, and good service. Overall, a wonderful establishment to dine at.

What an amazing space. Feels so open. Good menu options with something for everyone. Had the NY steak and it was disappointing. Asked for medium rare and it arrived as medium. Also, there was hardly any sear on the meat. Disappointing as visually the restaurant comes across as very high end.

Everything else at our table was ok. No issues. Service was good and friendly.

Please sharpen your steak knives. They are so blunt.

My fiancé and I absolutely adore Murrieta's. We've been here several times and each time, the staff were great, the atmosphere was romantic, and the food was incredible. The last time we went was to celebrate our first (and only!) year anniversary of our engagement and the staff made us feel very special - they gave us each a lovely glass of bubbly and wrote us a hand-written note to congratulate us. A special shout out to our server that evening, Giro, who was absolutely fantastic. This is a 10/10 establishment and a total treat for special occasions.

One of my favorite places to meet up with friends for a visit and last night happened to be 50% off - what a great deal.

We used to love coming here , not so much any more, didn't find the food worth the price and not as good as it used to be

We needed to send back several beers due to being flat. My margarita pizza was ridiculous for the price. The hamburger served was undercooked. Not what we expected and totally disappointed.

The food was scrumptious with excellent portion sizes. The room is within a restored atrium of a heritage building providing a romantic and warm ambiance. Our server, Nico, was 5-star.

Always solid. Delicious food and beautiful restaurant. Music in the lounge was a little loud for my taste, but I recognize that this is subjective.

What a delightful restaurant to share time with friends and family!
