They really didn’t lie when they said it was a Hidden Corner Café! A great little gem hidden in the hustle and bustle of downtown Calgary! This spot has great sweet treats and amazing matcha! We ordered the Matcha Red Bean muffin and the Matcha Almond muffin and we were delightfully surprised on how delicious everything was! The atmosphere here is so cozy and if i only lived closer to downtown i would consider coming here all the time to read or just get away from how busy...
Best matcha in Calgary that I’ve tried! Strong matcha flavour and thick/creamy. Ask for less sweet if you prefer it not too sweet. Add a pastry for ~$2.50. Pricier side, but was $11 for a mango matcha and a pastry.
We tried the Matcha Red Bean Muffin, Mango Matcha Latte (my fave), Einspanner Matcha, and pistachio cheesecake and everything was heavenly. must visit if you love cozy, aesthetic cafes. ✨💚
