We ordered a bunch of subs, spring rolls and salad rolls for a house warming and let me tell you these were some of the best Viet subs we've had. The food was fresh, flavourful, delicious and really generously portioned. The people are absolutely wonderful and so friendly and helpful! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!Vegetarian options: Tofu subs and salad rolls were amazing!

Amazing service. Owner is super friendly and the food was super flavourful! Definitely a must try if you’re in the area. Only issue I had was the Vietnamese coffee was a tad on the sweeter side, other than that phenomenal place to stop by.

The peanut satay was incredible, the salad rolls were tightly wrapped, service was good, food was made within 10 minutes of me ordering. The only thing is that there is one bar and no bathroom but this is a takeout place anyways so that doesn't matter

Absolutely adore this place! Subs are always fantastic. The owner is incredibly kind and friendly!Don’t listen to petty people like Luke Blake who thinks it’s acceptable to leave bad reviews over one mild inconvenience. Especially when they claim to have had exceptional experiences previously.

I love the spicy beef noodle soup here! As well as the beef sate sub and the mixed rice paper dish! It’s very authentic and has amazing taste. I would recommend! As for service, staff was really kind and had some great conversations, it felt like family here!
