Great meals so handy to have them in the freezer to use whenever I want them I find the quantity is adequate and they arrive well packaged The reason I didn’t give five stars was I have a hard time finding out how spicy some of the meals are and I end up with some of the meals that are just too spicy for me would love a mark on the meals giving the level of spice Will continue to order and will always have them on hand

I’ve tried many food companies in calgary, they’re cheaper but you have to cook yourself. Here you have a full price of meals, ready to warm up, you give a list of allergens and cook for you without allergens, very convenient if you can not eat gluten. I recommend.

Have ordered through here twice and have third order for pickup tomorrow and can't wait. The convenience and healthiness of these is great for the couple days a week I don't feel like cooking. When they say gourmet food, it is definitely gourmet food! It’s not bland and it has really good flavor. Even the vegetables are seasoned perfectly. I love the quality of the food. The portion size are perfect. I can’t say enough. great things about the food, the presentation and the taste excellent!
