The service was terrible and the rice they served was spoiled and slimy. It took 35 minutes to get chicken and all the other customers had their orders already when we ordered, when the vegetable fried rice came out it was slimy and spoiled. When we complained about the spoiled rice they said the rice was good. We didn’t finish eating as the rice was spoiled so we got to go containers for the chicken and they still charged us for take out containers! Unbelievable! From the poor service and customer service when we complained about the spoiled rice I would never come back here again.

This is the best Korean fried chicken you can find, even compared to Seoul. The big difference is how they season their breading and chicken that it can be eaten without sauce.

It's been here for almost 10 years and it's definitely the best in the city.

I have been here for chicken multiple times in the past, but tonight it wasn’t really busy when we arrived. There was one table ahead of us with 3 people. We sat down and punched in order 7:40 we didn’t get our combo B till 8:15. Before that we tried to order chicken fried rice, however was told that it will be for awhile because there was a lot of chicken orders. We agreed on replacing it with veggie fried rice that took 15mins and served SPOILED. They then try to explain its fish sauce, like I don’t know what fish sauce smell and taste like compared to SPOILED RICE. Truly disappointing and on top of that whole hassle they charge a to go container even the fact we didn’t even enjoy nor touched the food much.

Food is mid but you'll get a ticket from diamond parking if you go in for longer than two minutes

Absolutely amazing Korean fried chicken! The chicken is so crispy and juicy on the inside and the sides complement the chicken very well! Highly recommend the hot soy chicken!

The food is authentic korean good. Specially there Bimbibap. 🤍and there chicken 🙌🏼

If you’re looking for terrible service, constant delays, and zero accountability, look no further. This restaurant has failed me twice before—messing up orders, refusing refunds, and making me wait forever—and tonight was just more of the same.

They told me 30 minutes for takeout, then 15 more when I got there, then suddenly it was an additional hour. Save yourself the headache and eat anywhere else. This place is a total disaster and embarrassing.

Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe my experience here. They messed up my order twice in the past, refused to refund me, and made me wait an extra 45 minutes—totally unacceptable. Foolishly, I gave them another chance tonight and they told me 30 minutes. When I arrived, they said 15 more minutes. Then, after waiting even longer, they suddenly claimed it would be another hour!

If you enjoy wasting money and staying hungry, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. Absolute disaster of a restaurant.

Mediocre at best. The waitress wouldn’t even smile. The food was blah. Some of the TVs didn’t work for the menu the menus were old and garbage and fallen apart
