Really cool experience! Gets very busy! Even on weekdays, would suggest going in early. Specialized cocktail list but they will also make the standards not listed. Table side smoked old fashion is what they are known for! Where they bring everything over and prepare right in front of you! Quite the list to choose from aswell, even create your own
I had truffle fries with parmesan, they were okay. The atmosphere sucked for us, they were messing with the lights and it was either dark or very bright all of a sudden. The old fashioned being made was the only really good part.
This place is hit or miss in terms of customer service. I am a regular here and recognized everytime I come. There has only been 2 outstanding servers here who were both male and I cannot remember their names.
Honestly and sadly, I have noticed the customer service in Calgary is not so great towards visible minorities. I notice they treat me differently if I come by myself vs with a white friend …. This is really sad. I am treated better even if it is not...
