OPA! of Greece North Hill Centre

I came to redeem a snack meal I have on my app and the lady at the till didn’t know how to do it and then somehow messed up the order that it says I redeemed it. The date shows today (as I’m here trying so that makes sense). There were o my two people on shift so the lady who runs this location told me to step aside and have “paying customers” go ahead of me. I now have 6 people go ahead and they still can’t figure out what’s going on. Worst service ever!!!

Yelling at customers
I saw them sharing the calamari portion between me and another customer
They filled the box with salad so I don’t feel they put much less calamari than usual!
They also put old salad on the bottom and covered it with some fresh salad!!!!
These people are pros at cheating!!!!
The fries also much less than usual!!!!
I usually go to Opa Chinook mall and they are the best, service and food quality as well as portions!!!!
Paid 30$ for nothing good!
Very disappointed!
I need my refund!
Didn’t talk to them because they were already yelling and I have my little kids with me so I avoided conflict infront of them.
Will never buy from them again!

The food on the picture doesn't include everything as they posted on the menu. And the food safety is terrible and their service manner is the worst. I ordered a Tortellini pasta before and there was a hair inside, and they quibble the black line is Cheese, then they yelled me to go to eat other food. WTH

They literally served us raw meat and the rice was very uncocoked.
Called them and they kept screaming on the phone saying it was cooked, when it was really not.

They didn’t offer any help, and we’d every rude.
Will never go back.

I love the ladies who work here, and it’s my fav opa in town. Thanks for the great service and food!!!

Got calamari and Santorini salad. The Santorini salad was not edible because the out portioned amount of capers made everything extremely salty and bittery. Also, it looks like the cheaper out on the chickpeas and calamari.

Amazing service! Even with a fast food restaurant workers are absolutely lovely.
Very fast at making the food. I’ve come here a couple minutes before closing twice and both times they were absolutely gems and were able to make my food very quick and with no hassle.
The mall is not my favourite, but with this restaurant it certainly is nice!

Not all Opas are the same. Market Mall is shamefully bad,both service and food. But the lady at north hill is always smiling and respectful of the customers

The lady who assembled the gyro wrap was incredibly cheerful and definitely made the whole experience. The fries were perfect. Overall one of the best eating experiences at an Opa in Calgary.
