Calamari was so dry, and crumbly. Portion was small. And staff was so rude and called my senior friend a liar when she told the lady the calamari was dry and crumbly. She accused her of eating most of it when there was at least half and wasn’t edible. Definitely wasn’t fresh and was worth complaining. When I went to ask for a manager a man walked by and admitted that the Asian lady working at Opa was rude and called her a “Liar” to a senior!!! How rude and unprofessional. No wonder why this place is not busy! Don’t spend your money here it’s not worth it! Rude, not fresh, overcooked and overpriced!

No prices on promotion, She skirted about promotion twice wanted the 2x platter but she rang in just souvlaki, bread and salad, had to order pop on the side. Was more money with no rice, on bright side she gave me 2x rice on side. Pretty pricey for lunch for 2, $35

I came to redeem a snack meal I have on my app and the lady at the till didn’t know how to do it and then somehow messed up the order that it says I redeemed it. The date shows today (as I’m here trying so that makes sense). There were o my two people on shift so the lady who runs this location told me to step aside and have “paying customers” go ahead of me. I now have 6 people go ahead and they still can’t figure out what’s going on. Worst service ever!!!

Yelling at customers
I saw them sharing the calamari portion between me and another customer
They filled the box with salad so I don’t feel they put much less calamari than usual!
They also put old salad on the bottom and covered it with some fresh salad!!!!
These people are pros at cheating!!!!
The fries also much less than usual!!!!
I usually go to Opa Chinook mall and they are the best, service and food quality as well as portions!!!!
Paid 30$ for nothing good!
Very disappointed!
I need my refund!
Didn’t talk to them because they were already yelling and I have my little kids with me so I avoided conflict infront of them.
Will never buy from them again!
I am sure that the good reviews are not verified customers!

The food on the picture doesn't include everything as they posted on the menu. And the food safety is terrible and their service manner is the worst. I ordered a Tortellini pasta before and there was a hair inside, and they quibble the black line is Cheese, then they yelled me to go to eat other food. WTH

All I can say is wow! The gyro pita was amazing. Crisp fresh lettuce! The taziki was super tasty. The calamari was incredible and tasty. The baklava was comparable to a resto I ate in Crete last month! Super happy I took the plunge and ordered! Will be ordering more and more from here! Thank you for a great meal!!! SETON, Calgary AB

Worst opa in town

They literally served us raw meat and the rice was very uncocoked.
Called them and they kept screaming on the phone saying it was cooked, when it was really not.

They didn’t offer any help, and we’d every rude.
Will never go back.
