Worst opa in town

They literally served us raw meat and the rice was very uncocoked.
Called them and they kept screaming on the phone saying it was cooked, when it was really not.

They didn’t offer any help, and we’d every rude.
Will never go back.

I love the ladies who work here, and it’s my fav opa in town. Thanks for the great service and food!!!

Got calamari and Santorini salad. The Santorini salad was not edible because the out portioned amount of capers made everything extremely salty and bittery. Also, it looks like the cheaper out on the chickpeas and calamari.

Amazing service! Even with a fast food restaurant workers are absolutely lovely.
Very fast at making the food. I’ve come here a couple minutes before closing twice and both times they were absolutely gems and were able to make my food very quick and with no hassle.
The mall is not my favourite, but with this restaurant it certainly is nice!

Not all Opas are the same. Market Mall is shamefully bad,both service and food. But the lady at north hill is always smiling and respectful of the customers

The lady who assembled the gyro wrap was incredibly cheerful and definitely made the whole experience. The fries were perfect. Overall one of the best eating experiences at an Opa in Calgary.

They messed up my order big time and missed 2 platters and 2 coke bottles on my order. When called back about it, the person pretended as if she didn't understood anything and hung up. Rude and unprofessional.

Had a gyro wrap and it was super fresh and delicious, the right amount of sauce!The two ladies working were friendly and quick to take my, and other customers’ orders.Lots of seating to enjoy your meal.

Vegetarian options: They have fresh veggies there. Potato’s and salad are great.

Parking: Lots of spaces around the mall with plenty of entrances surrounding the building.

Kid-friendliness: Opa is good for kids, the fries and bread are easy choices.

Wheelchair accessibility: Loads of wheelchair parking, mall on first floor.

I was served a dish with barely an ounce of chicken on it. It may have been just left overs from the grill… I didn’t think of it at the time but I should have taken a photo. The lady showed me a 3 ounce chicken breast and told me that consisted of the crumbs on my plate. Her co worker also tried to question her on it. I actually ended up having to return. Kind of disappointed I’ve not ran into any issues with ops in the past. Generally it’s way too much food. Not here

Show my dad ordered food from this establishment today. He got me falafels and fries and calamari.I was enjoying my meal quite a bit until I found a pretty long piece of black hair in my calamari.Now, I will tell you neither of my family members nor I have black hair. This was definitely of one of the employees at Opa.So unfortunately I could not finish my calamari and I almost got sick to my stomach.I also took picture evidence but it looks like I can't post them on this review.

Wanted to buy a gift card today and was told by the disengaged rude kid behind the till cash only for gift cards. When questioned about the cash only I was again rudely told that’s the way it is, I commented on his poor customer service and received an expected “what ever”. Shame
