Me and sister and her husband ordered calamari here and they were raw..worst opa ive seen so far this is a health hazard and would like our money back. People need to know this you guys could of killed someone with not knowing what calamari looks like raw. Wouldn’t recommend people to go here.

100% AVOID. The worst Opa I’ve ever been to. Before I ordered there was a man complaining about his order to the line cook and getting no verbal response whatsoever just dirty looks. I should’ve gotten the hint. Our Opa platters were not edible. The potato was probably a week old and sitting somewhere uncovered forming a very thick rubber dry crusty skin. Rice was also probably old without any taste, very overcooked or cooked and recooked, very mushy and just plain gross. Also, this is not the first time it happens. I ate there couple months ago and was also very disappointed in my food, but thought that may be they were having a bad day. Will never eat at this Opa again, will probably be rethinking choosing Opa in general. Oh, and OPA Corporate Office, no need to cope paste your stand message about how sorry you are, like you care or are doing something. Complaints about this spot go back months if not years and it’s still bad.

I really like coming here to eat when I’m really hungry. It serves a wide variety of great meat choices, as well as fries, salad, and many other delicious options. This place is the best in the mall, making everything fresh right in front of you.

Yesterday was my first time ordering opa as it was recommended to me from a friend I was with. The staff was quite condescending with me from the beginning. I ordered an Olympus bowl and a soft drink. The whole time the ladies were giving me dirty stares and when my drink arrived it was not handed to me but was placed near the till which was far from my reach. I was confused whether I could grab it from there and did as all the lady did was stare at me which unfortunately led to my drink falling. I later called a janitor to help me with the mess. Eventually I received my food and went to sit and done and noticed that my bowl didn’t have a sauce, I was confused because my friends bowl did. So I went to the cook and politely asked if I could have a sauce since my bowl did not have one. Then she accused me of lying and said “I always put one inside”, I was shocked because there was clearly nothing inside so I showed her the inside of my bowl to prove and then she finally let me have a sauce. She then told me “to have a great day” while rolling her eyes. I say all this to say that I was not only hurt by the behaviour and words of the staff but had my morning ruined by a situation that didn’t have to become so passive aggressive. I myself work in fast food so I understand that sometimes it can be tough, but to take it out on customers is unacceptable. I hope you guys take the time to train your employees on respect and patience. I will not be ordering from here again.

Perfect place to have a tasty meal, the employees are friendly and quick in serving food. The guy with moustaches is too good, even the restaurant was busy, he was not frustrated and smiling during the whole transaction. Even the other co-workers are very co-operative. I visit this place every morning as I work nearby. Must visit to have happy meal!!!

The punjabi guy working there was not changing gloves and making falafel from the same gloves even when I told him to change he did not follow instructions and not according to my liking.

I went to opa on 15 march (evening), two really friendly employees were working and doing their job perfectly. A lady came and took nearly 20 minutes to order and when cashier asked about bag, she said how Im gonna carry it. When opa girl ask about method of payment, that rude customer started yelling at her saying she will pay for sure. I was totally shocked how a customer can do it to employees who are helping that lady from last half an hour to decide the food. I heard it cz I was waiting in the line behind that lady. Ive never seen that patient employees. They are doing to good. Must visit this place with good customer service and delicious food.
