There is something incredibly wrong with this place. Ordered on uber and had 3 drivers cancel due to the store not preparing the order. Wasted my time. Tried to call the store and was hung up on by an employee while mid speaking. Who are you hiring?

Ordered in person and was waiting a very long time for my order. It got “bumped” somehow and it wasn’t until I actually went back to the till to ask what was taking so long that they started working on the order. At that point they were out of chicken and was forced to change my order. The employee was apologetic, but I feel there should have been better communication as the paying customer. I don’t recommend this location as the customer service was quite poor. I was offered a drink as an apology.

Best Opa I have ever had, all the ingredients were super fresh and delicious. Amazing customer service. Yanni was very friendly and a fast worker. I was very impressed with how many orders he was making in such short time. By far one of the hardest workers I’ve seen in a fast food chain in a long time. Positive attitude and great work ethic.

This is a message for the owner:Give Linda a raise. I watched as she single handedly cleared the line, got people their food, skip.dishes were quickly passed on, and then when she was done with the rush....she comes out and wipe down the counters and windows.It's very rare to have employees that treat the business like their own, I thp8ght for sure this was her franchise.Make sure you do whatever to keep her.
