Wonderful staff, always freshly made food.

They always forget bacon on the ceasar salad! And this time I went in and ordered to specifically tell the guy to put bacon bits!!! I will ask for a discount next time.

So, on February 16th at 1:57, I went to this place for a vegetarian platter. The guy at the counter asked if he could heat up the falafel in the same oil they use for seafood. Seriously? I'm ordering vegetarian, why would you even ask about seafood oil? Then he said their rice only comes mixed with chicken, trying to tell me that's how it always is. But I live around here and have gotten vegetarian platters from them tons of times. I asked if I could just get a whole wheat pita and falafel without heating it. He asked what toppings I wanted, and I asked for tzatziki. I ended up paying $10 for just one pita, four falafels, and a few chopped onions as a topping. It's ridiculous! I'm a vegetarian customer, and you're telling me the rice has chicken and the frying oil is used for seafood? I'm never buying food from that place again.

I found small lettuce bugs in food . Its very disgusting. I am vegetarian and found bugs in food. I will never eat at this place . Wash your food before preparing.

I remember the good old days when OPA dumped tzatziki on their wraps. Pretty bad when you ask for extra tzatziki on 2 wraps and neither of them even got a splash of any. 2 wraps, no tzatziki at all on either of them. We even paid extra. Do better, you owe me a meal.

I watched them put half as much toppings on my wrap as any other location. Very disappointing. I got like hardly any tomatoes or lettuce and went at 12:30

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
- My brother ordered a chicken souvlaki pita wrap to go only to get home to find it was only fries, sauce and the pita, no chicken which is the entire reason he got it and paid $14. He's a full-time caretaker and unable to go back to get it fixed. Very upsetting, full time caretakers get such few breaks, didn't need this. He does not recommend the Westhills location and wanted me to post a review to make sure to check your orders before you pick them up so you don't waste your time and money.

I can understand waiting for food during the lunch rush. However… I watched a half container of fries sitting on the prep station for who knows how long and then they were waiting for the new fries so the new fries came out hot and she put the new fries right beside the cold fries in the same container. I looked at her and I said how is that acceptable you have old fries beside fresh hot fries. The staff that was working this lunch rush Mann handled this food like I’ve never seen before throwing chicken skewers into containers, it was atrocious and it should not be happening. I will not be eating at this location again and I hope management sees this because health violation regulations were definitely missed today.

We have been customers at this location for a number of years. Quality , quantity and value for $ have always been aligned … until our latest order (2 - calamari/caesar side) on Friday April 25th around 5pm. While the prices have seemingly increased the quantity has actually decreased by about 20%. That is a substantial shift. As well as, the quality of the calamari has deteriorated and was cut on odd angles , no round rings as such and they were very narrow tubes so presentation definitely took a back seat overall. We very disappointed. Hopefully this will be rectified?
