Ordered Beef Bulalo and Pork Sisig for pick up and both were very bland -- no taste at all. Also the Bulalo's Beef was so tough, it's like eating rubber and the sisig has so many small bones that almost took out my braces.

We went there on a cold day to warm up. Their heat was broken so we had to keep our jackets and hats on the whole time we were inside. Food was just ok nothing special (I've had much better), service was sub-par. Our group of 12 ordered a lot of food but could never get the waitress' attention when we needed more water etc. There was only one other person dining at the time so not like they were busy. We've been going to this restaurant for years and not it has slowly gotten to the point where I don't want to go back. It's a shame because we always support small business every chance we get. When I paid the bill, I informed her of our concerns and told her that she wouldn't be getting a tip. She didn't seem concerned

Used to come here as a kid with my family and just recently visited. The service was really good. However, we couldn’t finish any of our food. The palabok’s chicharon was old and the sauce was greasy, the adobo fried rice was extremely salty and greasy. The pinakbet we had was probably the worst, the vegetables used was spoiled! It smelled awful. We informed the server of all these and thankfully she refunded us for the palabok and pinakbet. Would not come back here as my family suspects theyre probably just reheating the food and adding more salt.

I ordered torsilog and the price on their menu is $9.99 or say $10. The waitress ask me what I want on the egg, I said sunny side up. When the order came, it only has tortang talong and sinangag. I asked her where’s the egg (sunny side up), she told me there’s no egg because the egg was added on the eggplant anymore. Huh? On their menu, it was clearly stated torsilog includes tortang talong, singag, and itlog…that’s why it’s called torsilog. And you cannot call a tortang talong without frying it with the egg. Anyway, I let it pass though I told her we ate here 2 weeks ago with the same order and it icludes egg. Then the shocking part! When we get the bill, it shows $15+. I asked why because in the menu it’s only $10 same as 2 weeks ago when we ate here last. Her explanion was “nagmahal na po ang talong kasi” and they forgot to change the price on their menu. I just told my wife this restaurant is deceiving their customers. This is our last to eat there. You guys just try “chopstix filipino restaurant”. Very dissapointed at Pacific Hut restaurant. Pathetic!

I ordered Chicken Inasal, but it tasted like Lechon Paksiw with an excessive amount of sauce. This is by far the worst Inasal I've ever tasted. Never again!!
