For the life of me can not understand positive experience that other reviewers are mentioning, to each its own i guess. My experience was different. Environment - nothing special, its ok. Eating by the window with junkies sitting right on the other side of it’s experience on its own, but its downtown, to be expected. Food is terrible, Brazilian bbq is really hard to mess up in general, but apparently you can, oversalted badly, no flavour other than salt, even pineapple wasn’t bbq’d properly. Meat pieces are tough and chewy. My husband wanted fatty piece to be cut and was met with “we do not cut fat pieces”, like what? Salad bar - nothing really good, same over salted for most part ( the ones we ate), in one salad a few tomato pieces were rotten. Service needs to be mentioned separately…. What was that??????? Ladies, bringing food were very hard to understand, so it was kind of a gamble on what is on your plate, the guy was great though. Overall it was probably the most disappointing experience for me in any restaurant in a very while. And Brazilian bbq is normally the place with upbeat atmosphere, great food and people. This was not that in our personal experience.

Service was excellent. Dom was our sever and he was very attentive. Everyone who brought out the food was very friendly and had smiles on their faces.
Food was definitely sub par. Most meats weren’t expensive cuts and a lot of the beef steaks were chewy and not the highest quality. For 70 bucks a pop I definitely expected more.

Dom was a fantastic server - incredibly attentive and helpful, we were very fortunate to have him serving for us this evening. The rodizio staff were also all fantastic, and wonderful about bringing us our favorites toward the end of our visit. We were very pleased with our experience!
