The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive — they remember faces, greet you with genuine smiles, and make sure you’re well taken care of every time.The food is always fresh, well-prepared, and served promptly. Sometimes people can be quick to complain online, but my experience has always been positive from start to finish. I’ve seen some rude customers here who were looking down on the staff. Honestly, it just shows how disconnected some people are from the reality of how much effort and skill go into the people who work here. It’s easy for some people to forget that behind the uniform, there’s a real person. Some of them are students, or people working extra jobs to support themselves.
