The owner is clearly cheap and greedy.
Food and service have always been 110%!
But the fact after covid they shrunk the meal trays and recently cheaped out by replacing napkins with sandpaper....3.5 stars

I drive 40 minutes to come here the rice and chow mein are not as good as in USA. But the chicken and shrimp are delicious and worth the trip alone.
Love this. Decent for fast food.
