“For several years now, I’ve been a loyal customer at this Papa John's location, and they continue to impress me with both the quality of their food and their remarkable level of service. The pizzas are consistently fresh, generous, and delicious, and I typically place my orders through the app for a quick pickup experience.
On a recent visit, I accidentally ordered a pizza with bacon, which I don’t eat. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call from the store. One of the team members noticed the bacon and remembered our dietary preferences, going so far as to confirm if this was intentional. I admitted my oversight, and without hesitation, they prepared a new pizza without the bacon—all before I even arrived to pick it up.
This level of attention to detail and care shows a commitment to customer service that goes far beyond what’s expected. Their thoughtfulness in catching the mistake, taking the initiative to verify it, and correcting it before I arrived exemplify the best in customer care.
Knowing that they’re looking out for us and willing to go the extra mile is why this location remains our top choice for pizza. Thank you to the wonderful staff for consistently making our experience exceptional—we genuinely appreciate it.
Parking: Depending on the time of day the lot can be full and a little tight as it is shared by other businesses. You can find a spot to park, just be patient.“

“It was our first time ordering from here. We had Papa Johns at a party recently and enjoyed it.When our pizza arrived, our pizza was missing the pepperoni. We called to inform, thinking at most they'd refund the missing toppings to rectify the issue. However they were accountable for the error and made a brand new pizza and had it delivered ASAP. This was such a surprise to us! Great customer service and made our day much better!Will definitely continue ordering from here.“

I normally ordered at night, Name of the pizza is Garden Fresh Pizza and I pair it with Garlic Dip along with Cheese-Sticks. 13 out of 15 orders were great. Except my last two orders. The good thing is that, when you complain, the Papa Johns Team reaches out to you with good resolution. Happy with their Service.“

“Honestly, it's one of the best places for pizza! Prices are pretty cheap, workers are friendly, and it only took about 10 minutes for them to cook my pizza. They also have their garlic sauce, which I'm a huge fan of. Overall, I definitely recommend it.“

Having a crappy day and ordered a beautiful medium pizza which was hot and ready with 10 minutes on my way home .As an RN, they gave me a discount which I super appreciate then the staff working approx 3 pm gave me a free pop.
