terrible store, I placed order 35 minutes ahead so its ready when I get there, she starts the order as I walked in and telling me it will take another 15 minutes we got big order before you, clearly she was liying. I know I wont go there again
Would not honor a promo code that was on their website and on a leaflet. No one had a good answer for why they wouldn't honor it
Worst experience I've had in a long time. I used to work in the food and beverage industry, so I understand that mistakes can happen. However, I can't understand how anyone would serve a pizza that was both cold and overcooked.
I called and asked if they could remake it, but my request was immediately rejected. The pizza was so bad that I ended up throwing out the entire large pizza.
The food and service were equally disappointing. I won't be returning.
