I ordered a BOGO pizza deal from Papa John’s via Uber Eats and only received one pizza. The pizza dough was clearly stale, dry, and tasted off as shown in the attached photos. I took only two bites before throwing most of it in the garbage. Shortly after, I had a severe stomach ache. This is absolutely unacceptable. I expect a full refund and proper compensation for the poor quality and health impact. If not resolved, I will consider escalating this matter legally. This experience was not only disappointing but dangerous. I want the owner to must reach out in regard to this matter.

If you’re into eating stale and reheated pizza, this is the right place to be. No use of any message using their complaint forum which is a joke. Never ordering from PapaJohns again.

More than an hour late. 2h waiting for the pizza. 1 h on the phone. No one answers the phone so I can't even complain. The pizza was cold as ice when it finally arrived. Terrible customer service. And this is not the first time. I went to dominos and order another pizza

tried visiting this place by following the address on Google Maps, but the registered address and the actual location were different, which caused me to waste an extra 30 minutes. When I brought this up to the owner after finally arriving, their response was dismissive, as if they didn’t care.
I was only suggesting that correcting the wrong information would help other customers avoid the same inconvenience. Accurate address information is crucial for customers. I hope this issue is resolved promptly.

Idk if he is the owner or a manager, but Randy is the rudest person I have come across. He doesn’t respect anyone, he shouts at people, have zero people skills, doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Despite so much negative reviews I have no idea why Papa johns isn’t taking any action. I would not be going back there ever and urge people to do the same. 0/10
I ordered two medium pizza and we are facing some issues with that but after talking with Karan he guided us for sause which before they are using was sweet made by other person,he explained us and made delicious spicy pizza for us .This was second time Karan did a good job... Appreciate For Karan

Ordered here last night. The order was completed quickly - within ten minutes or so - and the pizza was fresh. No complaints about the food - same quality as every other Papa John's I've ordered pizza from. Their website offered some solid deals where I could save $10. Upon picking up, the pizza boxes also came with a 10% off coupon and they sent me a text the next day with a 50% off offer. My major complaint - which is to a large extent outside of their control - is that the parking lot is terrible. I'd probably recommend not parking in the front lot. It's small and tight and doesn't have a lot of visibility. And for those that might be concerned about homeless or street people, this parking lot does attract a few of them and some people may feel unsafe.
Vegetarian options: A few options for vegetarians and you can design your own pizza.
Parking: Very tight parking lot. Difficult to get in and out of.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to get into the store but there's lots of people and cars coming and going.
