I normally ordered at night, Name of the pizza is Garden Fresh Pizza and I pair it with Garlic Dip along with Cheese-Sticks. 13 out of 15 orders were great. Except my last two orders. The good thing is that, when you complain, the Papa Johns Team reaches out to you with good resolution. Happy with their Service.

BEWARE: This was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. They are using a CHEESE SUBSTITUTE product for their cheese.
It is like a white goo, not real cheese. It was absolutely disgusting. I threw out the whole pizza.
Take a look at the photos, I have never had a cheese pizza that substitutes their cheese like this. Unbelievable and absolutely disgusting.
Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of themselves of such disgraceful cost cutting. I ordered a cheese pizza, not toxic goo.
I’m so severely disappointed in such a simple order, I’m going to be emailing corporate about this.
Edit after owner response: “pizza topping” or “mozzarella-style shreds” made from vegetable oil, starch, and whey protein instead of real milk. It melts smoother, stays gooey, but doesn’t taste right.

Terrible experience with Papa John's! Ordered through Uber Eats and was horrified. The 'Large Chicken BBQ' pizzas were basically just old bread with hardly any meat. Meat pizza had almost nothing on it. The few pieces of meat and bacon smelled awful, nothing was fresh. Felt ashamed serving this to guests. Definitely won't be ordering again - plenty of better options.

Worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. We ordered pizza and didn’t get a delivery until 2.5 hours after ordering. No one answered the phone and when they did they mentioned it would be 15 minutes. We then waited an hour and no discount. Very poor service.
The courier of this place walks around the kitchen in street clothes, it's horrible

I ordered a BOGO pizza deal from Papa John’s via Uber Eats and only received one pizza. The pizza dough was clearly stale, dry, and tasted off as shown in the attached photos. I took only two bites before throwing most of it in the garbage. Shortly after, I had a severe stomach ache. This is absolutely unacceptable. I expect a full refund and proper compensation for the poor quality and health impact. If not resolved, I will consider escalating this matter legally. This experience was not only disappointing but dangerous. I want the owner to must reach out in regard to this matter.
