Ordered pizza from Papa John's on Uber eats 4 pizzas for 35 bucks custom pizza on deal. Everyone is excited, yeah? Well, no, disappointed real fast I ordered with pepperoni. Guess what? Doesn't come with no pepperoni, I updated it on the app where it gave the option to upgrade. The beytrayal The disrespect The audacity? On top of all that, this pizza isn't even edible with sarachi. The 711 pizza is better than y'all pizza they're not even a pizza joint to begin with. That's saying a lot ....

I'm utterly dismayed by the experience at this restaurant. Ordering a simple pizza turned into a nightmare. Despite contacting three different locations, none could process our order efficiently. At the 17th Ave branch, it took 38 minutes just to place the order, yet our pizzas never arrived. Upon inquiry, we discovered that our order wasn't even placed. The manager's rudeness and lack of assistance was shocking. It's a shame they couldn't rectify the situation. I strongly advise against ordering from here. The customer service is abysmal.

The only location in town that won't square cut and cook your pizza well done. If you call and ask you get the answer yep, yep, yep to every word you say but it seems it's just yep to everything with no conclusion to the conversation.

Okay the food? no complaints or issuesi usually love the staff there they’re nice and KindBut tonight November 10th the male filipino worker made a comment in filipino saying ‘ibigay mo sa kambal ni ___’ which in english translates to ‘give it to the twin of’ and i couldn’t catch the last part. But the audacity to make a comment like that not knowing i’m half filipina is. ridiculous.

Ordered Papa John’s garlic knots last night and I got bread knots; missing the garlic sauce on it. Normally they put so much on it that the paper plate has some to spare but yesterday it was practically dry.

I have been going to this location for a while now, the owner and the rest of the employees are nice and helpful. They always provide promo codes with each order showing customer care. I have read other reviews and felt the need to make my own because I have had nothing but a great experience with this location. Keep up the good work!
