This place is great. Obviously it's famous, and rightly so, for the coffee buns, which are awesome and there's a big selection of them. But the drinks and savoury food, like the sandwiches, are really good as well.

From Edmonton, we visited PappaRoti on Aug 13, 25 01:53PM and unfortunately, the experience was more frustrating than enjoyable. The service was terrible and inattentive, with staff seeming disengaged from customers. This left a negative first impression that lingered throughout my visit.
My daughter ordered the Strawberry Latte — a drink that can be delightful if properly made. Sadly, it didn’t deliver. Did you imagine, strawberry latte has espresso on top. Espresso was overly bitter with the strawberry flavour, which tasted disgusting rather than sweet & fresh.
This poor service of Shay (server) and a mediocre/underwhelming beverage turned this visit into a disappointment!

Got the coffee buns, a must try! Pork adobo sandwich was delicious, Strawberry Fields also good but better to eat in.
The coffee bun is a 7 out of 10. Came here to try it because it’s my childhood fav growing up in Asia. Sad to find out that the bun was just reheated before serving and not freshly made, thus the bun lack the strong coffee fragrant. Would not recommend the Dubai chocolate bun. It’s so sugary that the sweetness overpowered everything.
