The first time I visited Paros was quite a few years ago. I don’t frequent this end of the city because I live in the deep SE, but I stopped in here for lunch the other day and it was excellent, as I have learned to expect from any Paros location.

I usually order a plate with all gluten-free options. This time I ordered the gyro beef with Greek fries and vegetables. They are happy to hold the pita bread and sub one of the other sides, so I had rice instead.

Underwhelming is how I would describe our meal. We got their chicken souvlaki after reading the rave reviews but I really didn't see any difference between this and fast food Opa.

The chicken itself was juicy, pita was soft, and sauce paired well, but the flavors were so incredibly bland, with very little tomatoes and onions and far too many fries stuffed on top that made it impossibly messy to eat. As for the fries themselves, they're decent but nothing...
