It’s hidden in the northwest area of Royal Oak. We just noticed it as we drove by one day, so we decided to try their lunch buffet. It was a decent price and there were a lot of dishes. The dim-sum is home made and you can tell. The red bean lotus sesame balls are soft and fresh. My favourite are the deep fried pork filled dumplings. They were fresh and tasty! Was hoping to try the buffet for dinner but it's only offered during lunch Fri-Sun now. Ordered a few chicken, prawn and beef dishes and won ton soup. The food was flavourful and vegetables were fresh, and not over-sauced nor too salty. Plan to come back to try the weekend lunch buffet as Chinese buffets are rare post-covid so it's good to see this restaurant still offering one at all.

I think it was ok. The food was nothing outstanding, but it is convenient for a quick lunch. I tried their lunch buffet priced at $16.99. The waitress was very friendly and attentive! The restaurant itself seemed outdated with needed renovations
