“Consistent for Cantonese Chinese family style food. Dimsum is decently priced for 2026. Dishes are usually tasty but feel heavier with grease & saltiness, but no more than restaurant food usually is—portion sizes are fair.

When the service is somewhat brusque and mean, the Chinese food will probably be good. Also in typical Chinese restaurant fashion there will sometimes be a wedding or event blasting music over your meal.“

“We ordered a dinner for eight with 3 extra dishes plus a gluten free dinner for one. They made it easy to order by ordering the day before and picking up the next day.The food was fresh tasty and delicious and the service is always great. Their group dinners are a great value for all the food you get .I would recommend them to anyone. So glad they are in the neighborhood and we are looking forward to trying their new hot pot next door.“

“Have you ever craved something so badly that rational thought simply leaves the building? That was me with Tin Tin Dim Sum. This wasn’t a casual meal—it was a mission. My name was practically written on the menu, and expectations were running just as high as the craving.

On the docket: Pan-Fried Radish Cake with Sausage, Steamed Pork Shu Mai, Steamed Shrimp Har Gow, Steamed Pork Bun, Steamed Rice Rolls, Bao Bun, and Steamed Sticky Rice with Minced Pork.

Don’t judge me. The craving was serious, and apparently so was my appetite.

For the most part, everything delivered. Fresh, hot, flavourful, and exactly what I was hoping for. The one disappointment was the pork filling in the Bao Bun. Tough is being generous—it was bordering on a jaw workout. Thankfully, the bao itself was light, fluffy, and had that perfect pillowy consistency.

But then came the Steamed Sticky Rice with Minced Pork… and WOW.

A-MAZING! This was the dark horse of the meal and easily my favourite. I could have happily eaten a mountain of this stuff and called it a day. Savoury, flavourful, and ridiculously satisfying.

Tin Tin is the real deal when it comes to Dim Sum. When that next Dim Sum craving inevitably hits—and it will—this place is going to be very high on my list.

Craving: satisfied.
Stomach: defeated.
Regrets: absolutely none.

“Tried their drinks and food for the first time through DoorDash and was always surprised by how fast the orders were completed. Everything from their desserts to the drinks just tasted incredible, so I decided to go in person. I was very surprised to find that customers order and charge themselves through the POS terminal, without a word spoken to the employees, but despite my initial hesitation everything went perfectly smoothly?? I got my drink without more than a nod and 3.5 seconds of eye contact exchanged between me and the very kind lady behind the counter. As someone with anxiety this was probably the most bizarrely serene ordering experience I've ever had. My personal recommendations are the matcha slush, green apple slush (it is divine), oreo slush, milk tea slush— basically any of their slush drinks are good (except I didn't care much for the coffee slush, I found it a tiny bit too bitter but that's personal taste). The tiramisu squares are super soft and squishy, the green tea cheesecake is SUPER good and refreshing, and the taiyaki is the perfect combo of sweet and savory. So far of everything I've tried from their menu, nothing has tasted bad. 10/10, I'll definitely be buying from here again“

“Traditional Chinese restaurant serving classic Cantonese style dishes. We ordered online for takeout and our order was packed and ready for pickup when we arrived. FYI, pickup for Bobby Chao’s takeout orders are inside the adjacent STAY 23 Cafe.

We had the chicken and salted fish fried rice, the fried Cantonese wide noodle with beef and black bean sauce, the Cantonese chow mein and ginger beef. The food was pretty good and tasty. The takeout containers were packed full so you get a good amount of food for the price.

Pickup was easy with free parking in the lot out front.“
