Oh my word. I just got a brie, prosciutto and fig jam panini from Patisserie du Soleil in The Bow +15 location. I can honestly say this is the best thing I have eaten in a very long time! The staff are delightful, and my panini was grilled to perfection! Well done, you made my day!!

Top tier customer service. Staff was able to cut up and make the pastries presentable for a potluck I was running late too. Food was delicious too.

Came to this French bakery for the first time. Heard about it from a friend and decided to grab a sweet treat. Firstly, ambiance is well done, located in the hub of downtown so easy access from my building.

Food was well presented and service was excellent.

Ordered a cronut as they have what is called “cronut Thursdays” and I ordered the blueberry and lemon curd cronut.

It’s pretty with a blueberry icing and overly sweet lemon curd but the cronut felt stale. I was expecting a soft pillowy texture and the first bite was underwhelming. I spent $4.73.

I thought about the time I was in Canmore and ordered the cruffin, and for the size difference, I’d rather travel to Canmore for a French pastry.

Fantastic authentic bakery in The Bow. The team is always super cheerful and they have an amazing selection. My problem is that I always end up with more delicious treats than I actually need! Great range of foods from breakfast to lunch as well as a ton of fantastic desserts.

Tried some desserts for take away. They were Ok.

Taste is 3.5/5 - I found them not lacking in sweetness and not rich either.

Presentation is nice. However there are better patisseries like Yan Houtte and eclaire d’lune.

Priced at $5/6 which is reasonable.

I love this place!! La Patisserie du Soleil is my favorite café. I go there very often, maybe twice a week and the staff is always super friendly despite the great amount of people they serve.

To make it a 100% the best café in town, I would just add vegan options for their deserts. Apart from that, this is an excellent place with high quality products and kind staff.

Thank you Patisserie du Soleil. :-)
