Similar to my experience at Yuu Seafood in the other side, I had a very bad experience with the servers and the food. DO NOT waste your time here.My party and I initially wanted to try the AYCE dim sum at Yuu Seafood, but it didn’t start until 5PM. So we went here for dim sum per order. We marked the piece of paper and showed the server, but she looked confused and didn’t seem to understand our order though it was clearly marked. She didn’t go over every single item we marked like how other restos would normally do it, so we were left to assumed our order was all good. Later on, we noticed she didn’t enter all that we ordered, so I had to go to our server to let her know.As for the service, it was all garbage. Very painfully slow and the servers had a very bad attitude. No care at all for their customers. Food wasn’t special. Very bland, no unique taste at all.Surprised this place is still open tbh. I’ve been here a couple years ago and it wasn’t a pleasant experience as well. Dont bother trying this place out, save your money.

Food is good but service is terrible. They are all rude and just does not seem to care. Also, they have increased the price by a lot which isn’t worth it anymore. I noticed their restaurant used to be full with line ups but now it’s 2/3 empty. Not worth coming back.

Today I bought a dry stir-fried river and a Sin Chew fried rice, but they didn’t taste good because they were Sin Chew fried rice and not tasty.I was disappointed if there was no wok gas when I ordered fried rice.

The waitress named Sophia provided one of the rudest experiences I've had in a restaurant. Food is good but the service has gone so downhill its not worth it anymore.

Specifically informed server and kitchen that we had a peanut and treenut allergy. Then the first dish the came out had peanuts in it. If we didn’t check the soup, we would have had a major accident.

Best DimSum you'd ever have in your life. This place is very traditional Chinese and the service amazing.

Poor attitude of the service! They treat the customers as enemies.Particularly, one wait person called Mei and another one called Sophia are also underperformed.By the way, the youngsters are sweet and nice.

I’ve been here for a couple of times now and the service is just pure irritating. The servers are just plain rude and ill-mannered. I don’t care about the quality of their food, their poor attitude simply overshadows what they can offer. I guess this attitude is just normal for Chinese people. Just pure disgusting.

Every time I come into town, I always come here for Dim Sum. The food is good like always but my issue that I have is that, they automatically put tip on the bill when the service is not that good. You order, they bring out, take your plates away and then you don't see them until they give you your bill. I understand that you deserve tips when you are working but when they don't even ask you how your food is tasting, how your day is going, can I get refills for you, etc. Also I had some left overs and I got charged for a container to put my leftovers in......my bill was over $110.00. Why are you charging your customers for containers to put their left overs in? Are you going to charge your customers to put their food in when they want take-outs?
