Hard pass on any company deploying AI art to replace artists.
Not sure about this location, but the airport location doesn’t add more espresso to a large size, just more milk. Nobody orders a large coffee to get more milk. Dishonest business practices.
Edit: At least they are transparent about a terrible policy. I am already paying extra for a large, but I guess I would need to pay double extra for more coffee in a large coffee. Maybe rename the drink to be a large milk with added espresso?

Hi there! I love Phil and Sebastian but this location needs a lesson in customer service and frankly basic manners. The girl at the till wasn’t very nice when we simply asked her what the options were for drip coffee. And when she was pouring out the coffees she didn’t even fill the cup the whole way because there wasn’t enough to make 3 coffee from the thermos. Instead of 1 offering a wait time to brew a new batch or 2 simply apologizing for not having enough and switching it out for a cup of the other brew she just said nothing.
So our coffees weren’t even the full amounts.
The location’s very comfortable to sit in and the atmosphere and food is great but the service has fully ruined the entire experience. Please for the sake of the company retrain every single person in the location.

I got a cheese sandwich. The cheese had completely melted and spilled out of the sandwich, and the bread was super dry. It wasn’t good at all. Also, our table was not clean.

I need some attention from the management therefore I need to give a one star.. the food was great, service wise was okay probably due to the rain…
I Ordered a small coconut Ube latte… which is 6.06 on the menu, added a dollar tip..
checked my bill after I got home and see $9.35?!
Are there hidden charges to buy coffee now? Or do they charge extra for to go? Help me understand

Breakfast sandwich is so gross. Undercooked bacon, white tomatoes, barely cooked egg and flavourless covered in mayonnaise. Cost $20.
Coffee and all beverages I’ve had from here are also the worst.
Donuts are the only good thing here.

The coffee is fantastic but on top of that the service is great! The Tall skinny guy was very friendly and made some great recommendations that we enjoyed

It was so rainy today and I came here with a friend to warm up. The donuts are amazing and their drinks are the same. It was a full house and yet the server Im not sure about his name but he cleaned up a table for us so quickly. I would definitely come back here again for more. Many people were with their laptops so it is a nice place to meet with coworkers or friends for a group project.

Great brunch and coffee. I really enjoyed the Farmers Breakfast Hash, delicious sausage and perfectly cooked egg. Paired with a more adventurous drip coffee it was a lovely start to the day.

Beautiful cafe! Amazing Matcha lattes! We also got a cosmic brownie donut and a GF earl grey donut which were incredible. Great location as well.
