I love Phil’s. The 80s decor, the choice of three pancake syrups, the carafe of coffee. It’s easy to relax into the large booths as you start your morning.Always fast and efficient service. They have your classic seen-it-all diner waitresses which adds to the experience. This is not a gourmet experience, but rather a diner breakfast that is exceptionally consistent and filling. It’s not a wildly good value, but not outrageously expensive either. The senior citizens who frequent it understand. This spot is no fuss, get what you pay for, breakfast food.I will say I’ve never eaten a meal other than breakfast here. Maybe one day. But as long as there’s chubbies and eggs with a choice of two sides (cottage cheese and a buckwheat pancake, please) I can’t imagine going for any other meal.Dietary restrictions: Phil’s can accommodate gluten-free.Parking: Usually lots of parking lot spots.

The potatoe pancakes were good but the milkshake I ordered seemed like it was just milk with vanilla in it. Paying 7.50 for vanilla flavored milk is pretty crazy. The Eggs Benedict was okay but holindaise sauce was very bland.

Eggs were overcooked toast was burnt, hashbrowns overcooked/burnt. Bacon okay but raw on ends. Waitress dropped coffee carafe on table and didn't even pour first cup. Very disappointed ?

It’s a diner, and not a great one at that, but at least I felt welcomed and the food was ok.

My family and I love phils! We have been going every Saturday for brunch since my 13 year old daughter was a baby. I order for delivery as well. The food is always excellent and the service is exceptional. We love the waitresses. Carol is always so kind to my kids. My baby gets excited to see her and my son is always excited to tell her news or show off a new haircut. My daughter looks forward all week to her meal, she especially loves the hollandaise sauce. We all do!

This location is worth going to just for the kind and exceptional service. The cost for the same order is almost triple to "Stacked" restaurants before 9 AM.

I’ve been going there for many years with my dad and I and they’ve been treating me like family. Great service always smiling great food.Parking: It’s hard for my father, or any handicap person to park and get their wheelchair through their parade lockersWheelchair accessibility: At least two parking stalls closest to the entrance of the restaurant reserved. Remove blockades so wheelchairs can get through.
