I always come to this shop to order Grilled Chicken and Pork Chop Rice. It is very nice for $16. The grilled chicken and pork chop are delicious.

Unfortunately, this time I would like to complain about the awareness of the staff.
For the rice, it was cold, sticky and some of the rice uncooked. The amount also unacceptable, just like pressing the rice in order to fulfil the plate but no more rice when you grab at once.

Probably just grab the edge of the cooker, and cold.

While you are thinking you are unlucky, you can see the staff giving the fried rice to her friends I guess, with big amount and hot fried rice (you can see the rice still having steam in the air). You will feel very disappointed that even the grilled chicken and pork chop still nice. In other words, feels like paying $16 for just pork chop and chicken.

I’m not full after the lunch.

For the friends of the staff. I wont capture them because of respect.

Think twice before you come this restaurant.

This pho place has updated their dining room with a more modern look. This place is our usual go-to. Their beef soup is so flavorful and not much msg. I love their onion cake and seafood salad roll.

The food here is excellent quality. Although a bit pricey, the food contains the unique Vietnamese taste. The bubble tea is absolutely magnificent; its the best bubble tea I've ever had.

Highly recommend the peanut sate. Always amazing!

I got summer roll for takeout and it literally didn’t even come with the sauce. Like how am I supposed to eat the rolls without the sauce and they put it in a small box even though usually it comes with a bigger box to fit the sauce in. 🤨

It really breaks my heart to review this place so poorly. This has been my go to spot for my favourite food, pho, for the past 2 years. I cannot recommend this place to people anymore for two big reasons.

Firstly is the standard increase in price, while the quality decreases. The meat has been getting tougher, the soup thinner, and the noodles scarcer over the years.

Secondly is this places consistency. They are consistently inconsistent, often leaning towards serving poorer quality food. Some days the noodles will be so undercooked it feels like raw dough, other days so overdone that the noodles break into dozens of tiny segments at a touch. Some rare days the pho soup is fantastic and rich, but more often than not it is middling, and barely better than beef water. I have had times the soup came out not even hot enough to cook the meat. They often run out of limes and replace with lemons, which to me results in a significant downgrade in flavour. The service is terrible, with waiters often forgetting additional requests and a constant strained expression on the staff.

I have come back to this place time and time again hoping for them to do better, but always leave disappointed. This is not a place to expect a good meal, but a place to pray that it’s one of those days it does serve a palatable one. I would only visit if you enjoy having a “new” experience every time, as they have no system of keeping their food to a regular consistent flavour.

Pho was so deliscious! I am a pho lover, and I was so satisfied. It was a such a big restaurant, with a plenty servers, foor came out so quick and the portion was big enough. Definitely would come back!!

Some of the best andosr consistent Viet food in the NW. I've been coming here since they opened years ago and it's been tasty since that time! My favourites include: the standard pho, beef sate pho, and any if the grilled meat dishes on rice or vermicelli. As I write, I realize that's most of their menu! The green onion cake is super tasty too!

They are also very accommodating for young families which I very much appreciate!

Kid-friendliness: The servers are kind and will provide smaller bowls for sharing. They also have high chairs available.

Have come here a few times. Probably better of the few within a 10 km radius. Most recent visit, soup was clear and not overly sweetened or laden with MSG. Noodles were el dente. Meat was perfect with some medium rare slices.
